If I could give a negative score I would. These jerks have played a great game with stupid emails for 3 months. I’m so disgusted with their BS and unfortunately they look to have very cute suits. So mad and absolutely disgusted. Stay away! Don’t swim in their BS!

Do not purchase from this place. I placed an order double checking to make sure they are in the US.Their site says SLC Utah ...my bank took out an international fee which I've never seen before..long story short they are in China .I reached out to customer service and they give canned responses because I'm sure there is a communication gap.Two weeks stuff still sits there waiting to be sent ..I requested cancellation and they said my refund will take 5 days ..we will see

I placed an order on July 4
I placed an order on July 4, Independence Day. It's July 19th and my order has not been shipped. I've received two emails from them saying they're behind in orders. I've asked them to cancel my order and they refused. Through my email communication with them - I've found out that they're based out of China which is no where in their site. So I'm not sure if it's a scam or items are coming from China but something is wonky.

The same as other buyers!!! After One month delaying my order I received only my earings which are NOT silver, as claimed,and Nineveh received me swimsuit!!!
I contacted with the mail they recommended, services@..... but They didn't do anything!!! Pure scam !!!

I had ordered a dress and a swimsuit. I had received the dress but not the swimsuit. I have sent 3 emails asking where the swimsuit is. No response to my emails has been made to this date. I don't know what else to do. I want my money or the swimsuit, simple as that. But no response!! Complete unprofessionalism!

Scam. Do not purchase. Received items after 2 months shipping time. Tried to return. Emails stated I was responsible for shipping back to China to return defective, poor quality items. Website (at time of purchase) stated items were made in Utah. Pure junk. Runaround with customer service. Do not buy feom this company!

The swimwear is poor quality and ill-fitting. Colours nowhere near as bright in real life as in the picture.

Unfortunately, OKA Swimwear is a scam. Taking innocent's peoples money and not delivering the items paid for. This is outrageous!
My only choice now is to report OKA Swimwear to the CFPB and every single social media site available to me.
This is a disgrace. Companies like yours should be closed and reported as fraudulent.
