Ordered some prints in store
Ordered some prints in store, paid in full including delivery and then received an email to say they aren’t available and I have to contact customer services. Terrible service

The store was beautifully decorated and…
The store was beautifully decorated and gave us a warm welcome. Laura our demonstrator was lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful. She gave us lots of ideas and asked all our questions with warmth and creativity. I was inspired to buy some faux flowers and stems and look forward to trying to create a little bit of Laura’s magic at home. What a lovely surprise to be handed a gorgeous gift which will certainly go on my Christmas Tree! Thank you once again for the opportunity to come to your fabulous store.

I was able to check with the store to…checking an item was in-store
I was able to check with the store to see if the product was in. Staff answered to phone quickly and came back to me within 5 minutes. They reserved the item and I was able to pick up the next day. I was helped to the car with the large item. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
