Cushion Selection
I visited the Harrogate showroom to seek advice regarding renewing cushions for three existing sofas in a garden room. I had taken photographs and was guided with regard to colours and textures.
I received excellent customer service and came away with an array of delightful new cushions. Thank you.

Great products and customer service
A couple of weeks ago we bought a rug from Oka in Harrogate. We had been searching for weeks. We were served by Carol, who was incredibly helpful and patient. Carol also helped with new cushions for our sofa to complement the new rug. Again Carol was brilliant, she has a great eye for colour and style. As a result we are very happy with our revamped lounge and new colour tones.

A Fantastic Shop for Soft Furnishings
This was the first time we had been in this shop. It was a beautiful shop, well laid out with some fantastic items for the home. We bought an artificial Amerillo Plant for our Dinning Table. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

I never have great belief in this method of communication but was answered by a member of your staff who tracked down the items and took payment over the phone and they arrived promptly. Excellent Customer Care
Beautiful wrapping of Christmas presents even when items were bought in the sale at significant discounts. Also, personable staff who seem to really care, particularly when taking pity on me with a replacement vase following my breaking of the one previously purchased. A classy place run by thoughtful people.

Helpful staff
I am delighted with my lamps from Oka. Whenever I buy something from Oka I’m always very happy with it when it’s in situ at home.
However the buying experience at Oka, especially in the Harrogate store is enhanced by their knowledgable, helpful staff.
