I recently completed a first aid training course (with Sarah), and I couldn’t be more impressed. The session was incredibly informative, well-structured, and hands-on. Sarah was knowledgeable, engaging, and made sure everyone felt comfortable asking questions and practicing techniques.

What I appreciated most was the balance between theory and practical application — we didn’t just learn about first aid, we practiced it thoroughly. From CPR to treating wounds and managing emergencies, I now feel much more confident in my ability to respond effectively in a crisis.
