The order I received was missing 2 items and had 1 incorrect item. I immediately contacted Oiler & Boiler through the only contact method available (website form) to inform them of this. I received no reply after several days, so contacted them again. I am still waiting for a response. My next step will be to contact the police to report theft for the missing items and my bank to have the money refunded.

I wanted the item for Monday, most stores if you order next day delivery on a Saturday will be able to get the product to you on Monday. Unfortunately, with the delivery options available the earliest I was able to get them was Tuesday.

The shorts looked great though, and seemed well made so I'd order again (just earlier in advance!)

I don't generally buy from sites other than Amazon, eBay, or other high street store sites, but on this occasion I could only get the product variant from this site. Nevertheless a straightforward, easy experience. I would visit again.

I dont normaly buy expensive undercrackers,i have stuck to the same brand for a few years now because i have a 33" waist so i am inbetween two sizes,but these are a great fit for a medium and the stiching is really strong so they should last a long time,i was very pleased with the quick delivery,and if these come on offer again i shall purchase some more Many Thanks.

I love oiler & boiler!! Their boxers are so comfy, fresh range of colors & made from soft fabric!! I would high recommend these to a friend!!

Whilst the boxer shorts are good, they are not worth full price, the stitching and general quality control is not great, hence why I only buy in a sale or at reduced prices.

If the quality control at manufacturing level was monitored then they would be worth full price, using cheap overseas labour is never good and paying british workers for a higher quality product would be far better. I am assuming India or China more likely china by the stitching.

Example of issues, loose stitching, hanging threads, misaligned seams, scraps of tissue paper inside boxers for packaging looks awful, overall an ok product at sale price, but never full price.

Looked on oiler boiler website for some summer clothing. Found some clothes, pressed the order button. Hey Presto! Delivery came through 2 days later.

Ordered these pants because there was a discount code.
However I will buy from these lot again even with no discount, they deliver really fast and the boxers are really good quality, and comfy really good for looking after your junk!

Recently bought a pair of East Hampton swim shorts before my holiday and am really pleased with them! Really impressed with the quality, especially at such a great price!
Loved the retro/vintage design aswell. Definitely would recommend.
