Appalling after-sales service!
I ordered some swimming shorts. They were too small. You have to email to return but they don’t answer. Appalling after-sales service! Shameful!

Ordered a few things. However clothes sizes are random . You have to email to return but they don’t answer . So if the item is wrong you have lost out as seems little hope of getting a refund . 4 emails later still no reply .

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. Sent 2 items of clothing back for exchange but never received the goods or a refund. Roy just stopped responding to my emails. Have now initiated an investigation with my bank to retrieve a refund. Would definitely not buy from this vendor again.

I didn't get what I ordered. I messaged customer service for help but haven't recieved a reply. In the past I liked Oiler and Boiler products, it's a shame their customer service (and warehousing) are so poor.

Good quality clothes but disappointed with customer service
I subscribed to the newsletter for a 15% discount on my purchase. This never happened so I rang customer service the next day and they said they’d call me back, which I’m sorry to say, they didn’t.
The items, which are good quality, arrived quickly but no 15% off.

I got my package quickly, but they sent the wrong size. I tried to contact them immediately using the Contact Us page and from my order email. A week later and I still have no response from either, and still have the wrong size shorts.

I have purchased Oiler and Boiler…
I have purchased Oiler and Boiler underwear for many years and recently placed an order for more - however when they arrived the quality is now so poor and the material appears to be mopre like ladies stockings and not the normal stretch cotton. I emailed have them but have not had the courtesy of a reply so I just want my money back...! I would have given a zero rating but that's not possible.
