Kontenmigration absichtlich verzögert
Nachdem ich vor knapp 3 Wochen eine Mail bezüglich Kontenmigration bekommen habe (Konten zu MT5) hat sich leider nichts getan.
Nach einer Woche habe ich mich bei OFP gemeldet, gefragt wie es mit der Migration aussieht. Daraufhin meinten die erstmal, dass sie nichts von einer Migration wissen. Erst nachdem ich ihnen einen Screenshot der Mail gesendet hatte meinten sie, dass sie es an die zuständige Abteilung weitergeben.
Nach einer weiteren Woche habe ich nochmals gefragt, wie lange dies nun dauert. Sie meinten nur "Früher oder später". Das ist für mich keine professionelle und klare Aussage.
Nach der dritten Woche in der immer noch nichts passiert ist, habe ich nochmals zwei Mails geschrieben, jedoch keine Antwort erhalten.
Meine Bewerbung hatte ich vor über einer Woche geschrieben und mich nochmals a den Support gewandt. Es hieß die Migration soll bis Ende April fertig sein. Nun ist Ende April und es kommt leider die Meldung, dass die Mailadresse des OFP Supports nicht mehr erreichbar ist…

At this stage, your case should be escalated and clarified.

Referencing the original migration email
Requesting a clear status update and estimated timeline
Asking for escalation to a technical or migration team supervisor
You should not have to follow up multiple times without receiving a proper answer.
