Quick to communicate and resolve
The product that I ordered wasn't in stock, while that was disappointing, the way the issue was handled was impressive.
I was contacted as soon as they were open (order was made at night) and I was able to choose a replacement item, which was then express posted on the very same day.
I appreciate that I was given an option and the communication was prompt so I'm rating 5 stars.

My first purchase experience has been a disaster. The product description wrongly posted. It took almost a month to deliver. I understand my order is an international delivery. so it will take awhile. However incorrect description of the product is the main concern.
However, CS rep Kristy helped me out to resolve my case. and She was very professional.
Hopefully, I don't get the same experience next time.
