Best to find another Company. The owner of this one acts in a very disturbing way. You pay for the cert. He then tells you he has not got you on his database, is disturbingly rude, macho and natsasistic. He then refuses to give you the Certificate. I waited over one month for mine. By then I had to employ a new Co for a new Certificate as my tenants were moving in. I was told by the new Co that the remedial had not been gone at all, so had to pay yet again. He needs help with his issues. He disturbed me alot and my deadline was up so I had to get another cert done. He is now refusing to give me my money back. Thus I paid twice. I ended up paying him £99 pounds to do the cert, he failed it. Then he charged me £350 pounds for remedial works not actually completed. Was was a horrid creep to deal with. So, if you don't want the same scenario, find someone with manners and no mental health issues. This guy needs help. All of that was totally unnecessary. I did not even meet him, as he got his employee to attend, so it was not personal..He is just a creep and has been banned from the site I got him from due to complaints from many others. AVOID

This guy Andreas Polykarpou and this outfit are scam artists. Do not get them to do you EICR through My Constructor. They deliberately charge a low price so that they can then quote for completely unnecessary remedial work.
A second EICR report from another electrician proved this.
He was trying to get me to agree to a whole new consumer unit for £875, when if what he had failed the EICR on had been accurate then replacing the mcbs with rcdos would have been sufficient. As it stood though even that wasnt required and it passed the second EICR without any work being done.
This guy kept hassling me vie Whatsapp and putting pressure on to accept his quote and get the work done. Repeatedly stating on challenge that the work was completely necessary.
Do not trust this guy or the conpany. They say what they want to justify unnecessary work.
God knows how many people fall for this. Avoid!

I'd give 0 star if I could. Conducted a PAT testing visually and then I got a certificate with the wrong list of appliances. Still waiting for a correct one. Also had an EICR done at the same time. They initially quoted £940 for remedial work, then retracted their finding when questioned. Total cowboys - should be reported to NICEIC

Horrid experience with Offset Electrical London Ltd.

I paid for an EICR but was not provided with a report following the visit. Instead, I was later given options including paying again for a return visit to carry out testing, which raises serious concerns as they conducted a visual only EICR, which I was later told that’s not how it’s done. Cowboys!!

Despite raising this formally, the issue was not resolved and I was not provided with a EICR to what I paid for. The response felt dismissive and focused on offering alternatives rather than addressing the core problem.
Avoid at all costs!!!!

Would highly recommend Offset. Great service and a quick turnaround, very professional. Would definitely use again.

Offset Installed the 24kw Ev charger in our warehouse to power our forklifts last week all done in 1 day 3 of their Enginners had installed tested and commissioned it and all for a great price would definitely recommend them to anyone and we will be using them again in 2 months to come back and upgrade all of our panel lighting upstairs in the offices

I recently had some electrical work carried out by Andreas from Offset Electrical, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Andreas installed new LED downlights throughout my kitchen and living room, replaced my old fuse board with a modern consumer unit, and added a few extra socket outlets where we needed them most. He also fitted an outdoor security light and sorted out a hallway lighting issue that had been bothering us for months.

From the start, Andreas was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained everything in simple terms and made sure all the work was done safely and to a really high standard. The finish was excellent, and he left everything clean and tidy when the job was done. The new lighting has completely transformed the space.

Since having the work done, I’ve actually passed Andreas’s number on to a few friends and family members, and they’ve all been really happy with the work he’s done for them as well. It’s great to find a reliable and trustworthy electrician these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andreas and Offset Electrical to anyone looking for quality electrical work.
