Booking was easy, an easily navigated website, and a good value deal.

Very clear details of hotels available and customer service was superb helping where we weren’t quite clear on small details

There seems to be a bit of brand confusion going on. I booked under a gift voucher for Country hotel breaks but seems to have fallen into Offpeakluxury. As I've booked a Bank Holiday, it's hardly off peak! Anyway, 2 nights booked eventually. The company had to come back to me as my requested dates through the website were unavailable with a doggie reservation. Having said that it was easily sorted with an email. I wouldn't buy these gift vouchers. Easier to deal with hard cash as offers are more readily available, and the vouchers really restrict you and you end up paying top dollar.

Staff were very welcoming and upgraded us free of charge. The service was really good and the hotel was set in beautiful grounds and so peaceful I would recommend to anyone.

Have used this site many times have always found it easy to use all you need to know is there, simple and price explained in plain English, very good .

The process of booking the break I wanted was relatively straightforward, and I subsequently received confirmation of my booking, all of the terms of the offer were clearly set out.

We received a voucher as a gift, when we called to make a booking I was so pleased with the experience, a warm welcome, they made sure the dates were exactly as required, they helped us to book an extra night and sorted everything out. It was so easy to do over the phone and it couldn't have gone any easier. Highly recommended and I'd encourage others to give them a try.

We first booked a hotel (in the Lake District) through Offpeakluxury in 2021. We loved the hotel in every way and have always hoped to return. So we were delighted when our attention was drawn to another special offer at the same place, and had no hesitation in snapping it up. All very easy to arrange through the website, and remarkably good value.

This is our second time using off-peak luxury, and booking online is so easy.
I had a really good experience and they replied quickly and efficiently with my booking details etc.
It's definitely is my choice for short breaks away.
