Ordered 3 products, different styles to see them in person and choose whether to keep them or not. Have been reaching out for over a month to return or exchange 2 of the items and cannot reach anyone through their contact number or support email that they provide on their website. I've used the contact form on their website multiple times. I've seen that others are experiencing the same contact issue, with some able to reach someone but the company not following through on a resolution. I'm worried this is a scam company now and I'll have to revert to try to get the charges reversed on my credit card as a last measure. I would advise not ordering from this company.

This is the worst website I've ever purchased. Clothes from my $60 order turned into $200 I contact customer service to ask why My order, took customer service to get a reply back. I simply just asked for a refund. My bank card's been charged with no refund. The customer service does not reply or answer any calls or emails. I'll be contacting my bank to get my money back. Stay away from this website at all cost

Very corrupt company. Do not trust this company. Under no circumstances can you return an item. The material is not good and cheaply made. Sizes run too big. Know that if you buy something from them you cannot return it no matter what

Order 3 brief underwear and when received, the quality of it was horrendous. Never have I ever, received a piece of underwear made in such poorly design and fit. Basically when tried on since the underwar does not follow male anatomy, instead of feeling you have a brief on, you feel you have a skirt on. The back of it has no contour to follow the behind anatomy and hangs out like a rag loose, like a skirt. I asked for a refund and according to the pictures I sent back of the underwears, the response left me speechless. This was their response: "Thank you for sending the photos. Upon reviewing them, we can confirm that the underwear is normal and has no defects. We apologize for any confusion—our underwear is handmade, which is why the stitching and shape may look slightly different from machine-made items. This is part of the unique quality of our products."

That is an insult to a person's intelligence, you know when you open a new underwear, even without trying it that it looks like one. Back of thes briefs was not even, so unless you have one smaller buttock than the other, this underwar will surely fail for you. Basically when you try them on, it feels like 2 pieces of rags, stitch together, there is no confusion here for anyone, if it is sold as a brief for men, it should feel like a brief made for a man, not like a hanging loose back, like a skirt. Besides the fact that there is no front support either. Since the underwear is made poorly, then no part of it will fit your anatomy. This is not a complain on apperance or fit preference. This is a bad design, executed even more poorly, therefore do not waste your money as if I had known the refund policy, I would have never purchased them in the first place. Out of money and nothing to show for. If I was able to give a Zero for a review, I would have.

Piètre qualité des boxers.
Des couleurs qui ne correspondent pas au photos.
Un produit défectueux à la livraison.
Quant à la coupe et aux tailles, il faut être indulgent.

Et pour finir impossible de se faire rembourser...

Don’t be fooled. These come from China by ship and take weeks to get here. You can’t return them even unused so better pick just right. These being from Sheridan Wyoming is a total rouse.

Ordered online, their new line from there direct link on the FB . Subsequently received totally different old range products which I never even knew existed this I picked up on picking slip without even opening the parcel . They just advocate all responsibility and refuse to cancel the sale and refund

If I could give 0 stars!..did everything for a return and their Customer service is just horrible, still waiting on them to check my items after 3 months of it being delivered! Do not recommend

SCAM - Cannot refund product
Good luck connecting with anyone within their customer service department because they don’t have one.

I made a purchase, and after it arrived 1 month later from overseas, I elected for a refund. (1) I had to pay my own shipping, (2) radio silence for an additional month and (3) they finally wrote back and said they changed their refund policy and now can’t accept any refunds.

I had to contact my CC company reverse my charge.

Returned a order and it’s been 5 months still no refund

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY FOR A RETURN. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER A MONTH AND ALL I GET ARE EXCUSES THAT THEY CAN'T PROCESS MY RETURN EVEN THOUGH I HAVE TRACKING TO SHOW THAT THE ITEMS WERE RETURNED TO A VIRTUAL OFFICE. I'M FILING A REPORT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE TO REPORT THIS SCAM.

This company is a scam, took my money and delivered to wrong address and they will not do anything about it, do not trust them

This is a shady business with practically no customer service. There is no way to return their merchandise. No one picks the support phone number if the customer try to call. You can't drop a voice mail as voice mailbox is always full! . Most likely many dissatisfied customers are trying to reach.

Their size ( S, M, L) are not same as other brands. These folk's M size other brand's L. So, try to avoid this group.

Same as everyone else here. Ordered XL, they sent me 5XL. Reached out three times via email to exchange, no response. Called and straight to VM, with a full mailbox. They suck

This company is a Scam, do not order anything from them. There is no way to get a hold of them. You send emails they don’t respond. You call them no one answers and their voicemail box is full.They are ripp offs! Fake tracking numbers, don’t get suckers like me.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered 3 pairs of large mens underwear. It took 3 weeks to come in, and 3 pair of mediums came in. I called on 3 different occasions, tried the online chat, as well as emailed multiple times within a 2 week span and never heard back. I have these pair of unopened packages to return for not a refund but just a larger pair that I originally ordered and I cannot get a hold of anyone to answer me.

I ordered this underwear as a gift and was eagerly awaiting its arrival. Although the tracking said it was delivered to a mailroom (not my door as it was supposed to be), the package was nowhere to be found. I contacted the company immediately, but they were completely unhelpful. They refused to issue a refund, send a replacement, or assist in any meaningful way. It was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Bought a package of underwear which arrived fine. They were too small and the company gave me directions to send the package back to them for an exchange to larger size. I sent the package back (returns are not free; had to pay for shipping myself) and receipt is confirmed, but they have not sent me back my exchange and do not answer emails anymore

Placed order June 22 as a gift for someone. Website states 1-3 days to ship and 3-8 days to deliver . I still have not received my order and cannot get a reply from the company . Phone number goes straight to a mailbox that is full and the address provided is the same address for SEVERAL online company’s. This is just a cover for an overseas company scam.

Got reeled into a Facebook ad and bought from this company because it's been insanely hot outside and these were supposed to be all about coolness. I finally received a product but was the wrong color, didn't fit according to size, and is really uncomfortable due to poor manufacturing. I tried to contact the company multiple times in multiple ways but have never received any response. They give an address on their website but when you look it up there is a Sherman Williams paint store at that location. Basically they lie about their business, send you some garbage made in a Chinese slave labor shop, and provide no way to return it. I should have done my research first, they looked legit but definitely are not. Lesson learned on my part, hope others won't lose their money to them.
