Ordered boots and sunglasses after many targeted ads. Shipping on website says 3-4 days. Waited a week and nothing went out. I emailes customer service and they apologized and sent notice to their warehouse. Then I was told I would be refunded as they had oversold the boots. Should your online inventory managment be better? Then 30 minutes later same thing for sunglasses. However, I was not refunded my full amount. I will not ever purchase from them again.

I have gotten soooo much good stuff at offe market over the years and tell everyone I know to check there first for deals. My Wrangler denim was less than $20 and I wear them several times a week. Plus some of the candles and home goods I restock are always like 70-80% OFF. I watch their emails and socials like a hawk to see what new brands are coming

not always the best with ship times, but overall good experience ad nice deals. I had an item missing and they responded resent it without fuss.

Purchase #1
I ordered a sweater on 9/29/2025. It hadn’t shipped in 5 days so I checked the website and the sweater was still for sale. On 10/9 I sent an email asking for an update. The initial email said it’s still being processed and I’ll get the tracking info when it’s shipped. They followed up replying that same day saying it was oversold and they gave me a refund.

Purchase#2
I ordered a mystery box that is sold for $60 but claims to be worth $120. I calculated the products I received and it was worth under $50. They gave me $10 refund - that $10 was still worth less than what I paid.

Had some jewelry from a company I like so I ordered. No issues

Ordered some jewelry from the same maker as my last order as well as a few other things - 5 things in total. They didn’t all come in at the same time. I initiated contact and asked about the ring that didn’t have shipping info only to be told it was oversold.

Biggest issue - they did NOT contact me when they realized these items wouldn’t be shipped to me. They were both still on sale on the website days after I paid for them! The only reason I was informed that I wasn’t going to get what I paid for was because I reached out to customer service, otherwise they would have kept my money. Don’t do business with them, they are so unorganized that products are still for sale without fulfilling outstanding orders, they provide no updates, and attempt to steal from their customers unless they are direct confronted. They don’t know what customer service is.
