An awful company, not fit to to deal with.

You upload your property online with them and making alterations has taken 5 days to request and is still marked as 'pending and never gets updated on all the major portals for selling a house. No place to upload an EPC, viewings take days to come through and when they do they go to your email in bulk and not on the property portal.

Run on a shoe-string outfit.

The owner, Dougal Hutle,y called me yesterday and admitted he is a start up company struggling with funding and agreed with my frustrations. Told him to refund me, but still ignored, still no updated property.

Total game changer - imagine this is going to really shake up the real estate industry. Minimal cost, didn’t think much about it and then sold my house though it in under a month, saved a small fortune. Thanks guys!

Have had lots of enquiries and so refreshing to be in charge of when people come and view- I arranged my own open house and got it looking exactly how I wanted it!
It’s self service so you don’t get the hand holding you do from high street agents but I appreciate I am working a bit more to get the commission I’ve technically earnt!

My appointments are not getting through after I had an email if I want to sell via auction. Considering reporting to the police as fraud.

It s good value, but there have been issues with the monthly fee not being reduced as they promised me at the beginning. Sometime it is awkward to use their self service website, and sometimes my requests for support have not been responded to.

What a different and refreshing service. Really easy to navigate with excellent guidance along the way. Have saved myself huge amounts of fees that would have been going to an estate agent. I really felt that I could sell my house better than an estate agent as we had done so much work to the house and was really able to explain to prospective buys everything we had done that will ultimately benefit them.
Overall a great experience.

Give it a shot, it's the new house buying technology. It always takes time for something new to pick up speed. Look at electric cars. They had a bit of a runway to get going but look at them now.
