Being non technical I really appreciated the email by return service that I received this morning.
My browser was preventing the exe file from running but a prompt reply of how to sort it and the whole process was smooth as silk.
New maps downloaded, unzipped USB drive loaded and into the car Great Service thank you.

I had a really great experience with OEM Navigations. The map updates are high quality and cost only a fraction of what the manufacturer charges, yet they are exactly the same maps you would get from a dealership. The only difference is that you install them yourself at home—which I actually prefer over going to a service center.

The company feels very trustworthy, and their instructions are clear and easy to follow. I did mess up the software installation on my first attempt, but their support helped me fix it free of charge. They didn’t ask me to buy a new license code, even though they easily could have. That level of customer service really stood out to me.

I can genuinely recommend OEM Navigations, and from now on I will always update my maps through them instead of going through BMW.

There had been an error in my order process and the company were proactive in getting in contact with me before I'd even had chance to contact them first. They were very quick at sorting the issue for me. Brilliant service. Thank you

So I checked the vin compatibility for my car, It said it was compatible which is fair enough but for peace of mind as a customer I wanted clarification that it was the correct product for my car, I emailed hoping for a response and the only response I got was a snotty, sarcastic reply and in the end wasn't given any advice or even a answer to my question, It's just very unprofessional and not a very pleasant experience to have with a retailer.

I paid for my fsc at the end 2020, the seller don’t send me and don’t answer, I reviewed on 2025 and him complain about this, don’t buy it’s scam

The options on the site are great, covering most, if not all BMWs. I accidently downloaded the incorrect maps, so sent an email to OEM explaining what I had done. They promptly replied and gave me the compatible maps with a new FSC code.
Once i had downloaded the maps, the "how to install" document was very clear and easy to follow, even for a limited tech mind like myself.
Can't recommend this company/site enough!! Would come back here every time from now on.
