We are absolutely delighted with our new bi-folding glass doors, designed, manufactured, and installed by OCD Glass & Door Systems in the UK. From the initial brief through to the finished product, the overall process went smoothly, although there was a slight delay compared to the original timeline.

That said, the level of service and support we received throughout was excellent. A special thank you to our Project Coordinator, Saima Shaikh, for her professionalism and helpfulness.

We truly appreciate the team’s efforts and would highly recommend their services.

Following my report of malfunctioning mechanism for the internal venetian blinds, Mr. Master immediately reported the issue to the customer support team. Very quickly I was contacted by 'Amber Paine' who responded immediately by referring the problem to maintenance team. The team responded flawlessly with suitable dates for appointments but unfortunately the manufacturer got the measurements wrong on a couple of occasions. 'Amber Paine' responded positively in a friendly and timely fashion on all occasions occasions. Very sensitive to customer needs in fixing the appointments. The job was concluded successfully. The whole project was managed in a very friendly and customer-sensitive manner, thanks to Amber's conscientious attitude.

Excellent service from start to finish.

We had a large 3-pane sliding door and fixed floor to ceiling window in customer RAL colour installed in our kitchen/diner extension.

After getting many (many) quotes from a lot of companies (we're quite picky), it was clear that ODC were the guys to go with.

They were not the cheapest (but still competitive), yet the level of service (and patience) we received from Eddy combined with the quality of their product made the extra cost well worth it.

The installation team were all friendly, fast and tidy and the quality of work was fantastic.

As with all building work, you have to expect a little snag now and then. We did have one tiny issue. But Seb quickly arranged for a team to be on site to fix this and check the door over once more. No problems at all since.

Would definitely recommend.

We are delighted with the windows, bi fold doors and skylight in our new kitchen. Our architect worked closely with Tom to ensure the specification fully matched the design, and the site survey and manufacturing process were handled smoothly with excellent coordination alongside our builders. The installation team were professional and efficient, completing the work to a high standard.
Now that we’ve had the chance to use the doors following completion of the building work, we’re extremely impressed with the overall quality of the products. We would happily recommend ODC to our friends and family.

We have spent around 18 months planning the windows with ODC windows and glass and our experience has been extremely positive. We preferred to use a UK based company and for the glass and manufacture. We visited the showroom and factory in Poole twice to ensure we were happy with everything being such an important part of our house project. The project process from beginning to installation and survey so far has been excellent from all the team working at ODC; they will do anything to assist and have always been promptly available for any questions about our project. Our windows are looking stunning and we have no doubt that we made the right choice of window company. Many thanks

Great product & service , thank you!

I would highly recommend this supplier based on our experience using them during our relatively small but quite fiddly house improvement project
The sliding doors were the transformative part of the new design so it was important they were done well and ODC certainly delivered
We limited the order we finally made with them for cost and design reasons and they were flexible with all our changes also making their own suggestions which really helped the final outcome
With survey and installation their team was very can do and our builder was very impressed with this
There were some separate teething problems that appeared after installation and each time they were very quick to visit and resolve the issue

Extremely efficient service and follow-up. I visited the showroom first and the salesman was very helpful. Our doors arrived exactly as planned and in good time. We're delighted, thank you.

I used ODC for a new 4 bed house I have had built in Oxfordshire with a lot of glazing - picture windows and sliding doors. I have been project managing myself and ODC couldn't have been more helpful at the planning stages, measuring and a brilliant team of fitters who made light of a tough job. I have been really pleased and would definitely recommend them.

We have worked with ODC Glass since 2020 and they have been a valued customer of ours throughout that time.
Cam Tagg and the Design Department are always professional, organised and clear in their communication. Drawings and technical information are provided promptly, and any queries are handled efficiently, which helps ensure projects move forward smoothly.
ODC Glass are a pleasure to work with and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them.

Good communications, timely responses, friendly and clear

I recently had the pleasure of working with ODC Glass, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They took the time to explain all my options, offered helpful recommendations, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The quality of the doors and installation was outstanding — everything looks absolutely perfect. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really show in the final result. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when they were done.
If you’re looking for reliable service, excellent communication, and top-tier workmanship, I highly recommend ODC Glass. I will definitely be using them again for any future glass needs!

As architects we have engaged with ODC on a few of our projects looking at high-end glazing solutions for our schemes. Their design team have been so helpful, knowledgable and attentive to the detail. Some of the details we have put forward have required some real thought and ODC have demonstrated their clear expertise in finding the right solution. The design process has always been an enjoyable one and we wouldn't hesitate in continuing to engage with ODC on our future projects.

My request was for a minor repair, which I feel many companies would have tried to ignore or get out of. However, I found Amber in customer service very helpful in resolving my problem, as well as the team that came to do the work. Thankyou

We have worked with ODC on a couple of our Surrey projects now. We have found them to be extremely helpful and informative. Willing to look at discuss options that we in turn can discuss with our clients. They have a good understanding of the market and client expecting. They are a company I would recommend clients and developers approach to discuss their projects.

We have been working closely with ODC for the last couple of years & we would have no hesitation in recommending both their service & product to anyone. They are by far the most professional sub-contractor that we use & their pre construction advice & detail is second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble & their can do attitude sets them aside from their competition. Their new showroom in Poole also offers our clients the chance to see ODC products in the flesh. We cannot recommend them enough - here's to many more years working together along the South Coast !

Excellent product and excellent service. We have no hesitation to recommend this company.

Amber sorted out our new back door unit with integral blind very efficiently and Eddie and his mate fitted it very quickly and were very friendly. Fab company. I'm so pleased we chose them to do our bi fold doors.

ODC review
I have recently completed a major refurbishment of a 1960s bungalow, more than doubling its footprint with an architect-led design and the latest technologies to create a home that is as close to passive as possible. This included an air source heat pump with underfloor heating, solar energy with battery storage, full external cladding, and the requirement for high-performance triple-glazed, low-maintenance doors and windows throughout.
I approached several door, window, and architectural glazing companies, issuing detailed architect drawings to each. From the very outset, ODC set themselves apart. They were the only company, out of four, to fully and accurately cover the entire scope first time without missing any items shown on the drawings. This immediately demonstrated their attention to detail and technical understanding.
Steve , who led the sales side of the project, was outstanding. He was professional, responsive, technically knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He fully understood what we were trying to achieve and made the whole process an absolute pleasure.
From detailed quotation through to final costings and manufacture, ODC continued to excel. They were collaborative and flexible, managing lead times carefully to align with the wider build programme, which was hugely appreciated on a complex project.
The installation team were equally impressive: efficient, approachable, and always happy to answer questions. They were open and responsive to any minor issues raised. The installation itself was extensive, including over eight standard windows, a feature front door with full-height narrow floor-to-ceiling panels, four oversized feature windows, a 5m three-panel bifold door, a 7m ultra-thin three-panel patio door with a triangular gable-end glass panel above, plus several additional doors.
From initial design input (which ODC actively supported), through quoting, manufacture, installation, and final snagging, the entire process was professional, stress-free, and delivered on time. The two small snagging items were dealt with quickly and efficiently, fitting seamlessly into the remaining build schedule.
In summary, ODC are an extremely professional company delivering exceptional-quality doors, windows, and glazed features at a competitive price. They will be my supplier of choice for future projects, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

As ever, very responsive team players. ODC delivered exactly the system we needed to make a small project sing and add value and mostly enjoyment to the homeowners.
Thank you!
