All of the issues, and there were several, were corrected in a timely manner. They did the right thing every time. What more can you ask for, power and a company that stands behind it.

My initial experiences with this…

My initial experiences with this company were very positive. Maybe even 5 star. Recent experiences have not measured up. Incorrect billings, missed discounts, and changes to payment fees have been numerous and constant. No idea what's next but you can count on more change and in their favor. Will be leaving when my contract is up.

Very happy with service

Saving money and still getting great service! My other energy provider was charging way too much, so this is also a huge relief!

Website Issues

I have been trying for years to pay my bills online thru my Bank account. This is not possible!!! I have to called each month. I speak with a customer service representative for them to assist me in the bank process. I would leave your company, but I have been told that they are working on this problem. Extremely disappointed.

The website is poorly designed

The website is poorly designed. I sent a message online for how to setup automatic payment from my checking account but I still don’t have answer from octopus customer service is very pathetic

Other than a minor issue with my…

Other than a minor issue with my activation not starting on the day I requested because they needed additional documentation and I didn’t receive an email, service and customer support has been excellent. I like the app and being able to see what my daily, weekly and monthly usage is at anytime. I highly recommend this company.

That said, we want to acknowledge the activation hiccup — a delayed start due to additional documentation is frustrating enough on its own, but not receiving a heads-up email made it worse, and that's on us.

Nobody told me they were going to charge me to cancel my subscription. Now I owe you money that I don't have to pay. So, I will have to pay in payments.🤨

When customers enroll through one of our third-party partners, the Early Termination Fee is outlined in the Electricity Facts Label provided at signup — but we recognize that doesn't always mean it lands clearly, and that's something we take seriously.

After reviewing your account, we could see that the ETF was significantly higher than the actual energy charges from your time on service, so we've gone ahead and waived it entirely. We want to make sure every customer feels that they've been treated fairly, and in this case, that was the right call.
