This company is a complete scam. When I asked to track my item, ordered in June, they responded a month later saying it’s on its way. They provided me with a fake tracking website. When I noticed this, they provided another fake tracking site. Order with caution.

My order came on August 27th. I placed it on June 30th. Thanks Covid.

However, it is not the company's fault and I absolutely love the jumpsuit.

I will love and wear this knowing it traveled through a pandemic and made it. I really thought it never will. ☺👌💕

I used these for the first time and was a bit scared after reading the reviews. I have to say, I didn’t have the poor service everyone seems to have received. Yes, I waited a while for my order but I expect this when ordering from this country. I got my stuff and I wasn’t expecting top quality but the 4 jumpsuits I ordered were actually ok and I liked them. I’m a 10-12 and ordered a medium, only one of those jumpsuits was a bit tight. I sent an email to ask where delivery was, I had a fairly prompt response and an offer for a discount for a future Order. Let’s see how the clothes wash. But overall the customer service was quite good on this occasion

Just received two jumpsuits. Material and fit are terrible. Just sent them an email for a return but reading this I guess I’ll never get a refund. Do not order from the site! The clothes are nothing like the cute pictures :(

Absolutely horrible. I ordered April30 still have not received months later.

I am still waiting for an order I placed and paid for on 13th June, I have sent them an email. I wish I read the reviews before placing the order! Especially as the jumpsuit was already overpriced! I'll update this review once they get back to me/ once goods received. The order finally arrived - quality poor and the XL was certainly not XL (I'm a size 14/16 and it was too small for me) - I have given it to a smaller friend who says she will use it to go shopping in! Please don't buy!

Terrible quality and clothes don’t look anything like the pictures - requested a refund and this is the reply I got ;
"Dear friend，
Thank you for four swift response,
Really sorry to hear that you dissatisfied with the items bought from our store,
If you return it you need to undertake the high shipping fee, Its normal to use and can you keep it?
In order to let you feel better,
How about we refund you $4 as a compensation,
and look forward to hearing from you

Shocking quality I'm in the process of asking for a refund.

I wouldn't give this scam company the one star.
I received my item , totally wrong thing, terrible quality
and they will not refund.
Do not order from them , they are fraudsters

Do not use this company, it is a scam, I placed an order 9 weeks ago via a Facebook ad and have received nothing, despite numerous contact with them I just keep getting told to wait and they are refusing to refund me. Do not use, total scam, I am know trying to get me money refunded via Paypal. Do yourself a favour and do not order from this company

Absolutely shocking . The order took 6 weeks and is now stuck at customs with a £17 charge . They won't issue a refund . Just keep telling me to be patient . The package will not be delivered . I have lost £37 . They will not respond either. So angry .

I never got my order. I asked them several times. then I wantet my money back and I never got my money USD 97
I have now contacted the police.

Frauds!!! Dont buy from them, no after payment!

I bought a $60 leather Jacket from Octaviay, which didn't fit. I was expecting to get a full refund based on website, but got this email back from customer service instead:

"hello.
i am so sorry.
you can return it,and after we get it,we can refund you the money of your order.
but the returning cost is too high,and you need pay for the shipment fee.
so can you keep it?
maybe you can give it to your friend or sell them by yourself?
we can compensate you 5 usd,is it ok?
hope for your understanding.
nice day."
