Course was organized and speaker was knowledgeable

My subscription was set to expire on a certain day, and I took a class on that day, but it wouldn’t let me take the course exam or eval to earn credit for it after I completed it! If I would’ve known, I wouldn’t have taken the time to take that final course. In my opinion, if the last day my subscription was active was the day prior, that is the day that should have been listed as my expiration date. I tried to email customer service, but received no response! I was already planning to look around for alternative options to receive continuing education credit, but now, I feel like I need to look elsewhere in the future. It’s a bummer because I did enjoy and appreciate the courses offered, but I’m disappointed with what happened and the lack of customer service.

Update: 7/28/26
Following my review on Trust Pilot, I received a response from occupationaltherapy.com, and they eventually were able to resolve my issue and give me credit for the final course I took. Although it took extra effort, I appreciate the resolution.

The variety of CE choices is great. The website is easy to navigate. Once you purchase a course, it’s easy to print the course info packet and get started.

This site always has many courses including new interesting up to the minute courses. They keep records of the courses I take and provide certificates with documentation of the courses taken.
