I don't live in DC area so I dropped off the Embassy receipt for Oasis to pick up my visa. They picked up my visa right on time and Fedex it to me promptly. The communication was excellent. I would use their service if I ever need it again.

The process seemed a bit intense at first. Many things were requested. With such detailed requests though, the rest of the process was smooth sailing. Thank you to Leon who answered my many questions.

I had a very disappointing experience with Oasis Visa Services and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. I was charged $648 for a service that, according to their own website, is listed at approximately $423, with no expedited service or additional features clearly explained or agreed to. This significant price difference was never properly justified.

More importantly, I ultimately did not proceed with their services because they were unable to offer what I specifically required. Despite this, and despite the fact that no meaningful service was delivered, they have refused to provide a full refund.

Throughout the process, I found that most of the work was expected to be done by me, while they simply charged high fees without providing corresponding value. There was also a lack of transparency regarding pricing and deliverables, which is very concerning for a service-based business.

My advice to anyone considering using this company is to ensure that everything — including scope of services, pricing, and refund policy — is clearly documented in writing before making any payment. Based on my experience, there are other companies in the market that offer better pricing, clearer communication, and more reliable service.

I am extremely dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled and hope the company reconsiders its position and resolves this issue fairly

Oasis China Visa Services was a great experience for us: their instructions were clear, they were friendly in phone conversation and eager to help, they were prompt in submitting our applications the same day they received them and were prompt in picking them up and getting them in the mail to us. The directions were specific, down to providing illustrations, on what was required to complete the Visa process. Moreover, the turn around was sooner than quoted! As directed, I did 2-day FedEx on a Monday, and received my Passport with Visa the following Monday, w/o needing to pay for Expedited Service. In addition, their fee was very reasonable compared to other companies I looked into.

I contacted other agencies before deciding to let Oasis assist me with my visa to China. Oasis is thorough, friendly, professional, fast service to respond, corrected all my errors and I had my visa in 4 days after all errors I made were corrected. I would definitely use their services again! I suggest not to apply for a visa yourself unless you are proficient in China visas as is Oasis, they know all the rules to help you get your visa the first time.

If I could rate this service higher, I would! It is my first time going to China and I was so lost on how to finish any process regarding the Chinese Visa. It overwhelmed me. I used this service, they were really kind, always updating me promptly. I had some issues with my application and they asked for more information to fill out the form for me again. I was glad they did! They also made sure that I had all the documents needed since I was not born in the US. If I had went to the Embassy myself, I would have failed instantly. Oasis made the process of getting a Chinese Visa so much easier for me. Instead of having to go all the way to Washington D.C all I had to do is send them an email and they guided me through the entire process in an email. I have used Oasis a couple of times in the past, when the visa process was a bit simpler, and both times the process was easy and smooth. China's visa application process has now become a bit more complicated, but Oasis is on top of all the requirements. I have just received my Q2 visa, which required substantial documentation about family relationships etc. My situation is less common than most, as I am a US permanent resident, but travelling on an Australian passport. The Oasis staff were very professional, responsive and helpful, so the process went very smoothly and I got my visa very promptly. It is clear that they have a longstanding relationship with the Embassy, which is adjacent to them, so that applications submitted by Oasis will be trusted to be correct by the Embassy staff and will processed expeditiously.
