Thank you for your review. To clarify: our system sends a shipping confirmation email automatically once an order is dispatched, so if you received that email, the order has physically left our warehouse – in which case, any delay would be with the courier.

If, however, it has been over a week since you placed the order and you have not received a dispatch email, that would indicate an issue on our side, and we would want to investigate it immediately.

Customer experience is very important to us, and we take all delivery issues seriously. To help us check what happened in your case, could you please reply with your order number? Once we have that, we will review the matter thoroughly and get back to you.

Hi there,we're sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand your frustration.
As per our warranty policy, our tapware includes:
5 years warranty for general use
3 years for replacement cartridges
1 year for surface issues such as fading or peeling
1 year for replacement parts (e.g. pull-down hoses, spray heads, sensors)

Your order was placed in 2023 and is now outside the surface warranty period. However, we have already offered a free replacement cartridge and a 20% refund to help resolve the issue.

While we’re unable to offer a full refund or cover plumbing costs beyond the warranty period, we remain happy to assist further if you wish to proceed with the offered solution.
