Hi Lisa, Thank you for the feedback and I completely understand, everyone has a different preference when it comes to how many emails they like to receive. August was actually one of our biggest promotional periods of the year, so we did send more emails than we normally would while the offers were running. We generally try to keep our emails to a reasonable level and make sure there is a purpose to what we're sending.
As well as letting our customers know when offers or something new is happening at Nyrah, we use email to share skincare advice, product education and tips on how to get the best from the products.
I know myself that it can be useful to have a separate email account for online shopping and brands I follow, it means I can dip in when I want to see what's happening or look for an offer, without it taking over my main inbox. But of course everyone is different, and unsubscribing is absolutely there for anyone who prefers not to receive them. Great skincare
I got the trial range and find it very good. Checked the pricing on the actual sizes but I think it’s quite expensive if you want the lot, so might have to get bits and pieces in stages. Particularly like the Undress cleanser. Skin feels great after a night of the whole range.

Love the products. Completed the trial pack. Also ordered the SPF 30 for the face, which I love for its texture and hydrating finish. Gives a lovely glow.
Ordered the night cream after finishing trial pack. Love this product. Locks in night care routine. Ultra luxurious and love it can be used on your hair. So after face is done I clean off residual on my hair!
Will purchase more products once I’ve finished up my existing skin care items.
Love that it is an Irish company using great ingredients and great customer service on any questions or queries re skin care.

Using their Bloom tan and as a mature lady I have failed to find a tan suitable for women to suit the changing body. I found bloom to be the exception to this and would recommend to anyone who is going through menopause or post menopause

Shipping and delivery updates needed
Id had two trial packs and was very pleased with results so ordered the full routine! Order placed and paid on Monday and I got email receipt
Its Friday now as I write this review several emails later and no reply I just want an update re shipping,delivery etc
No too much to ask.....I've parted with money!!
Did receive one AI generated email which wasnt much help😳 I also messaged on Instagram to no avail
