Hi Judy, thank you for your kind and thoughtful review. We’re delighted you found our team helpful and efficient, although we’re sorry your experience with the products wasn’t what you had hoped for. Skin can be incredibly complex, and there really is no one-size-fits-all approach to skincare. For anyone with particularly sensitive skin, sometimes the best approach is to introduce products very slowly and methodically, working out what suits their individual skin and at what frequency. There are also so many other factors that can influence how our skin behaves at any given time, including hormones, increased sun exposure, weather, stress, lifestyle and environmental changes. This is why we always encourage customers to get in touch rather than trying to navigate a reaction or sensitivity alone. We were very glad you contacted us directly, Judy. Our team offered to have Debbie, our skin expert with over 30 years’ experience, look at your skin and advise you personally, and that support remains available to you.

Hi Rebecca, thank you for your lovely feedback. We’re delighted to hear you found the products excellent and that everything arrived well packaged and we really appreciate your continued support of Nyrah since your first order. Just to give a little context on this delivery, this order was placed at 9pm on Monday 1st June, which was the June Bank Holiday. Our warehouse had it packed and fulfilled by Wednesday 3rd June, and it then entered the An Post delivery network, with delivery completed on Monday 8th June.
We always do everything we can to get orders packed and dispatched promptly, but once a parcel has entered the An Post network, the final delivery timeframe is unfortunately outside our control.

Hi Jess, we’re genuinely sorry to see a one-star review, particularly as there appears to have been a misunderstanding about what our Trial Pack is designed to provide. Our Trial Pack contains 7 x 5ml products and at no point do we advertise or describe it as a month’s supply. It is not a subscription product; it was created to give customers the opportunity to experience all seven products in the Nyrah routine before deciding whether they would like to invest in the full sizes.
How long a Trial Pack lasts varies from person to person. We have customers who get approximately one week from it and others who get two to three weeks, depending on application and familiarity with concentrated skincare. With Nyrah, less really is more, and only very small amounts are required.
We manufacture and fill our own skincare here in Mayo, which enabled us to develop this trial format and make our complete routine available in smaller 5ml sizes. We were particularly sorry to read that you felt “duped”. We had not received any contact from you about these concerns before seeing your review and would have really appreciated the opportunity to help. Direct customer care is a very important part of our business, whether that means explaining quantities, helping with application or simply answering a question. Hi Margaret, thank you for your review and, importantly, for the many purchases you have made with Nyrah. You have been a very regular customer over a considerable period, including purchasing with us as recently as May, and we genuinely appreciate that support.
We were therefore sorry to read that you felt unappreciated. We haven’t received any direct contact from you regarding these concerns, and we really wish you had come to us first, as speaking directly with our customers and helping where we can is a very important part of what we do.
We’re actually very flattered to be compared with major international beauty houses such as Lancôme and Estée Lauder. We are a small independent Irish company manufacturing and filling our own bespoke formulations here in Mayo. We haven’t worked on the formulations or products of the brands you mention, so it wouldn’t be appropriate for us to comment on their product sizes, formulations, pricing or promotional strategies.
What we can speak to is Nyrah. Our formulations are bespoke to us, multi-purpose and made using premium-grade, clinically backed active ingredients. They are concentrated products where less is more, so comparing products purely on the number of millilitres in a bottle doesn’t necessarily provide a like-for-like comparison. If you are going through your cleanser particularly quickly, we would be very happy to discuss the recommended amount with you.
Our serums are packaged in quality glass bottles with pipettes, and we are not aware of an issue with their quality. However, if you have experienced a fault with a particular bottle, please contact us directly so we can investigate it rather than leaving you dissatisfied.
While we may not follow the same gifting model as multinational brands, we do give value back through loyalty credit, referral rewards and regular customer offers.

Hiya Gail, thanks for the feedback. its good you tried. yes Skin can have an affect if not using before but its hypoallergenically tested so we're more than surprised you had an issue, thanks for the trail however A
