I have book a light pink strips shirt NVRFLD. But they have send me different one which is not I expected and quality is poor and in case you want to exchange charges will be applied and my Order 1768 . First I order the shirt it becomes somewhat small so I exchange for large shirt I specifically said to send the small model but they send different one with bad quality not worth spending Rs 1899/-

1. Exchange pickup charges: Exchanges are chargeable only for customers who choose to use our exchange pickup service, as logistics companies charge us for reverse pickups. We already provide a detailed size chart to help customers select the correct size, and charging for reverse logistics is in line with standard industry practice. As per our records, you were never charged for the pickup service.
2. Exchange availability and fabric variation: Exchanges are subject to the requested product and size being available in stock. In your case, the requested replacement was not in stock, but we still made arrangements to provide you with an alternative. As clearly mentioned on our product pages, shirt fabric patterns may vary slightly due to vendors having limited quantities of individual patterns. However, the fabric quality remains consistent, as we source from the same vendor and maintain the same quality standards.
3. Approval before dispatch: More importantly, we shared the replacement product with you before shipping it, and it was approved by you in the same conversation before we proceeded with the dispatch.
