The housing condition officer
The housing condition officer, Muhammed Rahman was very professional, showing me his ID card before entering my flat. He was very pleasant, friendly and clear on what he was talking about. He was very thorough taking photos of the damage to my balcony and enquiring of any other issues outstanding. He checked the bathroom for any damp or damage. He took photos of my ID and address. He was very thorough about how Tenants Advice work and support me and also neighbours, friends and family. All in all Muhammed was very professional and felt very easy with him in my home.

While searching for Hackney Repair…
While searching for Hackney Repair Service's email address online, I accidentally stumbled upon their Tenant Advisor page. I realized my mistake and immediately left, but they responded quickly, asking how they could help. Even after I explained it was a mistake, they called me back. I told them I would file a new report, but they didn't give up; they called regularly to show their support. When the Council neglected and ignored some issues, Tenant Advisor stepped in. They called daily, visited my home, and informed their lawyers. Tenant Advisor is truly attentive, helpful, guiding, fast, friendly, and respectful. They contact me daily to gather information. Honestly, I never expected them to be so attentive. I am grateful for their support. Thank you very much.
