Wonderful with myself
I have doing another program just couldn't lose the weight I needed. So I thought to give this program a shot. It simply has done nothing for me. I used it for several months, four I think. I kept to my usual diet--lots of veggies, high protein and minimal carbs besides the veggies and I lot no weight whatsoever.
