Very good with room to improve...
I have been a customer of Nube Cloud for six or seven years. When they first launched under the brand kuaichedao.co (ASN 138997), they focused primarily on cloud servers and VPS hosting. At that time, they were known for high prices, exceptional service, and strict reliability. While their pricing was roughly double that of competitors, the founder’s hands-on approach and generous refund policy earned them a reputation in the Chinese community for integrity and customer care.
About two years ago, the company rebranded as Nube Cloud (nube.sh) and shifted its core focus to VPS and bare-metal rentals. They pivoted toward an economy model, moving away from their boutique roots to prioritize low-cost customer acquisition through heavy Google Ads spending. Personally, I would have preferred they stayed a high-end provider, but the founder clearly has the budget to support this new direction.
This transition has led to a decline in overall service quality, with occasional hiccups in their virtualization systems. While the team is transparent about outages and communicates openly in their Telegram channel, we still experience host-level service degradation every four to six months. Despite these issues, things have improved over the past year, and I am generally satisfied, rating the platform 4 to 4.5 stars.
On a side note, Nube Cloud recently launched a Model as a Service (MaaS) offering that provides AI tokens at fiercely competitive prices. Some models are discounted to 75% off official rates, while others are as low as 10% of the official catalog price. While the DeepSeek V4 Flash model occasionally suffers from capacity constraints and dropped requests during peak hours, the remarkably low cost makes these limitations entirely forgivable.
