Transport Managers Refresher
I had Transport Managers Refresher one - to- one course over two days with Mark Hancock.
I found Mark to be very knowledgeable and informative.
The content of the course was helpful as there has been a number of changes to operator Licensing since I obtained my qualification in 2015.
I would highly recommend this company who were both accommodating and helpful.

Waste of money
Update following the company's reply:
When i canceled the study access i did inform the reason,i left a constructive feedback. Now you are saying that you contacted with emails and i refused support? this is not true! I received 2 calls during the working hours which i couldn't answer and got your voice mail saying you want to support. Well after 3 months, wondering how can you support ?, and i find intimidating your calls because obviously you are bothered by my negative review. I have no more time to waste. Of course i had to consider another study provider and i'm extremely happy with them. What's the problem?, this is the purpose of reviews to help others make the right choices, like you or not. This is a honest experience and this is a material for your company improvement. Just learn to get feedback and work on them.

Tried to study the TM CPC for a career change and had over 1 year of pain as on the full time employment same time. The course notes are not giving enough information to pass the tests. Also came across errors on the course notes and is missworded. If you don't complete in 1 year, must purchase additional access. I had to stop as i don't trust i'm given a quality service. Tutors are replying quick but not professional. They say to check the course notes if don't know how to answer a test question, but the info is not provided on the course, had to Google a lot and i'm asking myself for what i had to pay over £1000.
The provider seem trying their best but there is a lot to improve in offering the right service. The learning was not enjoyable the way it is made and doesn't worth the money.

Let me tell my experience. Online course cost me £1000 +£300 (one day course on NTP place Spaulding ). One year time you aloud for exams just 4 times £100 pounds for each examination. After one year you have to pay extra for extended course. Examination is far more different compares with what you have on course. Case study is just 4 no any more, just 4 and you have to make this 15-20 time like I made it. My experience with NTP was not very good and for this reason I Don’t Recommend for nobody. Much more, when I made my fist opinion ( review ) on media (you tube , Facebook) I received warning to count action.
So, good luck for all !

Excellent experience from start to…
Excellent experience from start to finish learning with NTP, online format is easy to follows and does well to validate learning at many stages along the way. You can complete the course with as much or as little feedback or interaction with tutors as you need, who will always help you learn, rather than give you the answers. You can complete it fully online including the exams, or go to the exam centre and sit it in person. NTP have mock scenarios to help with exam readiness which will build your confidence going into the real thing.
Passed my HGV CPC first time with them, in a total of 10 weeks. but you can spend much longer if you want to, I would recommend and will use again.

Thank you NTP for getting me through my HGV transport manager exam it’s a great learning platform all the staff very helpful when help is needed, I didn’t think I’d ever have the capability to pass this as it isn’t easy, but I can now say I have passed both exams, multiple choice first time and case study the second. Highly recommend this team, thanks again NTP X

Honest cusotmer
Honest cusotmer, still enrolled on their CPC manager course im 21 and high expectation of cusotmer service from such companies is in my values XD. I was sceptical about them but they are honestly one of the best course providers i came across. Their team memebers are not only quick with responses and extreamly help but they also try and influence you to ask as many questions. I have no clue how someone can give them below 5 stars tbh, there are some spellings mistakes but they quickly get resolved and its a growing company which deserves more recognition. I still havent sat the exam yet though so we will see how that goes

Stupid Test with 100% pass rate!
I took the online refresher course for O-Licence managers. The course itself is not bad but the exam at the end is completely stupid and if you do not get 100% of the answers correct they will not issue you with the certificate. One of the questions is: "How many Public Enquiries were called in 2020-21"? The answers are (a) 1054 (b) 1055 (c) 1056 (d) 1057 (e) 1058. So, if you do not know THE EXACT number of public enquiries held in that year, you fail the test. Apart from that many questions are repeated and just plain stupid. I accept that no test is perfect and there might be 1 or dud questions, but to then require a 100% pass rate is stupid, unfair and just plain wrong. No driving theory test or CPC test requires 100%. This lot need to understand about the real world.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you are dissatisfied with our service. The course you enrolled on was actually the Professional Competence for Restricted Operators elearning course and unfortunatly, we were unable to issue your certiicate due to you not acheiving a pass the final quiz.
We are very sorry that the course was not to your satisfaction but before NTP issue any certificates we have to be confident that the student has a full understanding of the course content and has proved competency therefore, we set our pass rate for this partiular course at 100%.
Due to your refusal to complete the course in line with our terms, and your aggressive calls towards our staff, we have removed you from the course, and refunded your money in full.
We do wish you the very best, and advise that you attend a face-to-face training session with another training provider so that they can help you gain the knowledge you need to demonstrate competency and compliance as a transport manager.

This firm are not to be trusted there is no courses they take your moneis and when you contact them no response when you do get someone to speak to they put the phone down on you please keep away from this company its a total conn as for the reply its a total fabrication and when asked about them on facebook they have taken a lot of monies and no coureses as with no videos promised ive passed this to the police to deal with i have all the documented telephome calls and recordings as to what was said emails to kimbly mackman un replied and if she checks recovery city your company takes monies and then no courses and they cut anything if you ask about them as said ive handed this file to trading standards and police and ive raised a court action to get my monies back please please keep away from this company

This review is nothing but slander against a company who has only ever tried to help you over the last 15 months. As you are fully aware you have had course access for a full 12 months. You have received endless support from members of our tutor team, customer service team and enrolment team. Our IT team created videos specifically for you and sent them over. You claim no access and yet our system which tracks everything you do provides evidence that you have accessed the learning system numerous times. You had said to our staff that you get “the girls in the office to do it for you” and you have admitted to us directly that you have had access. We have evidence of everything and this review is completely false. The phone was put down because of the abuse our staff receive every time you call. You were asked to put together and send over a written complaint so we could address your concerns and you have not because in truth you have no concerns because we have done everything and more for you and can provide evidence of these. Our staff will not tolerate any more of your abusive phone calls of false accusations because you refused to log in and complete your course. As you are aware your course access has exipred and you no longer have access to the course. In line with our terms and conditions, as we are entitled to do, NTP will not accept you onto any further courses. I have copied below copies of emails between NTP and yourself as evidence.
No other people have made any complaints of this nature on any platform and the entire review left by Mr Patrick is completely false. Mr Patrick is also making these false accusations across social media platforms and NTP are seeking to take legal action for slander.

I have spoken with the team about you at this morning’s meeting and discovered that you have had some interaction with our Head of Training, Kelly.
On the 4th March 2021 you emailed and Kelly responded on 4th March at 20:12 (I have posted a copy of that email below), Kelly also called you after the email the following day and spoke to you on the 5th March 2021. You have stated in your email to me that you don’t get anything, it is true we do not send you any type of physical product. What you do get is access to the online course where you can access all the information you need. I can see that you have accessed the course on multiple occasions and last logged in on the 23rd April 2021 and throughout the times you have logged in you have accessed the areas detailed below, I have also included the quizzes you have completed and detailed these below, so you have got access to the course and are actively using the system which does not match what you told me on the phone when you said you hadn’t had anything.
I think the confusion may be coming from the CILT registration and exam booking process. In order to be registered as a student with the awarding body CILT we require you to register, you can register by completing the student registration form within the course. After you have registered as a student you can then book an exam by completing an exam booking form, also contained within the course. Please note, you only need to complete the book your exam form if you want to book onto an exam.
Basically everything you need is in the course, including the downloadable course notes. Within the course you also have access to student support where you can speak with tutors if you are struggling and want help working through any areas.
From my research this morning I’m satisfied that NTP have provided the course to you, and that you have accessed the course on multiple occasions as shown by our tracking system. My advice to you would be to login to the course and start working through each section, starting at the very beginning, and make use of the student support so you can get exam ready, then book in for you exams when you feel confident. All the learning material you need, and information you need is all within the course. All you need to do is login and start learning. I know it can be difficult using online systems if you haven’t done it before but our team are here to help you so please do contact if you need assistance.

Specific and helpful
The course is well organised. Each chapter contains easy wording and useful questions at the end to check my learning. It also give specific examples and it gives a great understanding of what a business should look like.

Transport Managers CPC
I studied online for the Transport Managers CPC course. It is well set out and the multiple choice exams after each module are very useful. Also my tutor Mark was excellent and always came back to me quickly with constructive feedback and suggestions. It’s a great course to do who for anyone like me is self-employed and cannot spare a full week in the classroom. Many thanks to all the team at NTP.
