Ordered end of November early December for a christmas present it's still not here was told it's on the way and was sent shipping info I already have. I will never buy from them again. Truly disappointed and frustrated with them. Idk how they have so many positive reviews when they take so so long and don't even have great customer service either. Will be telling my friends and family about my experience and hope they never have the same situation waiting on a christmas present that never came.

I have yet to receive my order. I have been back and forth with support about where my order is and when I will get it and the only response I keep getting is "We have confirmed it is on the way".
I paid for expedited shipping. I NEVER imagined that it would take 3 whole months to still not receive the products I paid for.
I am moving in less than two months and truly do not believe I will see my products before then.
