After wasting months of my time with 3 other lender to do cash out refinancing, I finally got it done with help of Teri and Neil. They are always available to answer promptly all the questions. When lender wanted to backed out of the deal, they pushed really hard to make it happened. They also know how to handle financing for Canadians. Fully deserved 5 stars!

Came Thru in the Clutch
Neal and Teri did a great job facilitating my loan. They spoke directly to the old lender, bought extra time to close the deal and despite having a lower than expected appraisal, we got it done the day before the drop dead date. Way to go guys.
