This deal was challenging to say the least, 3 lenders because there was an adu on the property, the lawyer I hired screwed up the deeds, twice!!! But Neal and Teri helped me get this done finally! Huge thanks to them and their team they’re the best they hung in there for 14 months with me on this one. I would told me I’m done months ago but they didn’t.

Whew-Wee that WAS challenging for sure, but that doesn't scare us--we would NEVER say we're done!
When we started this process, the as is value was $150K. Then14 months later something amazing happened---new lender, new appraisal $265K!!!! Cha-Ching! 💲💲💲 NOW that was worth the wait!
You should thank that attorney for screwing up. LOL 🤣

Neal and Teri at NSS lending are great to work with. When other lenders say no I find they can usually come up with a solution on the hard to fund deals. As a Canadian I find them to be a great source for financing deals for foreign investors. They are also very responsive, this is very refreshing. Most Brokers will never answer a call or an email after 5pm. NSS seems to always answer my calls and messages even on the weekends! They are open for business 7 days a week! Great company to work with. I recommend them.
