Sure this is a scam website. Should have checked Trustpilot first as book was bargain. Credit card only payment! Emailed customer service when error message came up. Have reported to Google to taket his website down and now the hassle of cancelling my card

Yes this is a fake website. Tried placing the order and it kept on showing different types of error. After that I googled novum publishing and got their number and they confirmed it is not their website. I hope they are not stealing people's credit card details.

Is this a genuine trader?
Tried to purchase a street map. Attempted to pay using two separate cards and got a "15005 payment error message" so gave up and will go to a proven trustworthy trader. Very nervous regarding potential use of my data entered into the payment screen although it appears that both my banks rejected the transaction. Fingers crossed.

Absolute scam site
Absolute scam site. As per everyone else, came up with payment failed. Should have known better at that point.
A week or so later, and am now getting scam calls from the bank that my payment card was, pretending that they're from the fraud department of that bank.
Phoned bank up to inform them (and double check my account was secure) and cancelled card.
Pure scumbags.

Same as all the others this is a scam. I was on the phone to the fraudsters for ages and then started to realise this wasn’t the bank. I phoned my actual bank and they hadn’t phoned me. This was quite a convincing scam. I would be worried for people who haven’t realised. Really sad and horrible.

Prices look good, availability of items looks good, try to pay for them enter all of your details and payment screen errors each time after accepting all your personal info and card numbers.
Today I got a call from someone claiming to be from my banks fraud team (David moore) and then telling me that i've got some potentially fraudulent transactions pending and that i'd need to sign in on the app to confirm what they were and they would send me a code to confirm it was them.
What they were actually trying to do was register a new phone with the bank and get access to my account... this was confirmed with the actual bank that they had not tried to contact me at all and that it was definitely a scam. This is the only website I used those card details on so they are dodgy as hell.

Absolutely a scam. A couple of weeks after trying to buy a book here, someone rang pretending to be my bank and actually confirmed some of my details (which I had given when trying to buy the book). They spoofed the number to be the same as the fraud team for Halifax. keep an eye out!
