Dear Sharon, We sent photos for approval long time ago after completing your order. However if you did not check your mail that's not our fault. Now after getting approval we have shipped your jacket. We have also provided a tracking number to you.
Great Letter Jacket experience
We ordered a Letter Jacket with two Embroidered lines for $50.00 less than we would have paid for the next cheapest jacket we found (this price included shipping). We received the jacket within 10 days after ordering and the quality appears to be very good.
I would recommend Novo Jackets to friends and will be ordering another jacket from them in the future.

Great Quality
#1987 - We found Novo jackets on instagram and ordered a jacket for our senior graduating class. It was the best decision we have ever done. Communicating with them was very easy, and they were very cooperative and understanding. The quality of the jacket itself was amazing. Their embroideries are cleanly sewn and the jacket looks like it was made professionally. I definitely recommend Novo Jackets to everyone!!
