She made the whole experience enjoyable and we will definitely be back for the next purchase. I needed a engagement ring ASAP and everywhere I looked I couldn’t find what I was looking for, but then I came across Novita diamonds website where I easily navigated through to find a wide range of custom rings and diamonds designs which was exactly what I was looking for. I made a quick email inquiry to which I got an instant response from Sam.
Sam had very clear communication and answered all my questions. Three weeks later I received a message/email that the

She was friendly and professional from the start, after initially showing Doria what I wanted before setting up our appointment she then organised a range of options that were similar when i visited her in their Perth showroom and we narrowed it down to a stunning ring that my partner loves. Great experience highly recommend!
We had a really good experience buying our engagement ring here. Communication was great, Doria was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. It only took 7 weeks from order to receiving our ring and I absolutely love how it came out! Will definitely recommend, especially considering the value for money and sustainability aspect of the lab grown diamonds.
