Have been using for a while, got a big win and went to withdraw but they needed to verify bank details. Did take multiple attempts, was getting a bit worried. But went to customer service and talked to George v. And he was great help and told me what to do and received my money 20 minutes later. Few improvements to be made to make it easier for people to withdraw but still happy with the service

Scammers, deposited all together around 4,5k and got back from it around 750 eur, no wins no free games and even if you get free games 5 eur a spin max win I got was 120 eur and that happens on daily… avoid no wins there just purely scamming money out of you… there was a day I lost 1500eur in 40 min like playing 5 eur spin 2 free games from 300 spins and biggest win was 65 eur. They took my deposit twice, and only credited my account once. The first attempt said there was an error, so I tried again and that worked, but both amounts were taken from my bank. Novibet promised a refund would be made to my card, but it never happened.

Also, the site is a shambles anyway. I tried to make e/w bets in the grand national, but you have to make two separate bets instead of just one bet with e/w toggled on. And that's just for starters. It's a betting site that's not fit for purpose, here in Ireland
