Do not buy from this website - horrible Chinese quality
I assume any good reviews of this business must be fake. I assumed that their rating was sufficient to expect alright quality product.
Horrible quality, dress looks like nothing like the photos and even when I asked their customer service team whether there was a slit in the dresss they advised no and there was one.
The dresses are made in China and they are refusing to pay return shipping for a defective product in addition to stating “Please note that international returns to our fulfillment center in China typically take 4-8 weeks to be processed due to shipping times and possible customs delays. Additionally, return shipping costs will need to be covered by you.”
This website is a scam and want to encourage you not to return a poorly made, defective product.

The item of clothing I order was…
The item of clothing I order was extremely poor quality. Paid over £30 for it only to be told that I would need to pay £20 in shipping to return the item and that it would be subject to tax and might not be accepted through customs.
Nothing about this is mentioned in their returns policy online. Do not use them.

I do not recommend Nouvar. I purchased two items — shoes and a dress — and both were falsely advertised.
The shoes were a cheap knock-off, not what was shown online.
The dress was completely different in pattern and quality from what was advertised.
I am out of pocket nearly $95 for items I will never use. Very disappointed with the misleading advertising

Scam Website - do not use
Fabric was thin, poor quality finishing and would not last more than a couple washes. Also the return / refund was not 'hassle free' as stated on website - only a 10% refund was offered, unless we paid freight back to China, with warning from seller that item may be lost and then refund would not be made.

I suspect this is a rebrand of the Thomwood website, which is no longer available. I stumbled across this site and recognised all the signs from when I was scammed by Thomwood. Fortunately I am now more wary about buying online from less familiar companies. The only difference I can see from Thomwood is this site has more positive reviews- however, I suspect these are AI generated! If you read the less positive reviews, the experiences of poor quality items from China, items being different to the photos and huge return costs are exactly the experiences of Thomwood customers- I would read Thomwood reviews on here before purchasing anything!!

This company took 18 days to deliver my item. I emailed on the 17th day, then my item showed up the following day.
There was zero communication when I ordered, no emails regarding placing my order or updates for tracking. Hence why I emailed as I was worried it was a scam.
I was then unfortunately away soon after the item arrived, and emailed today about a return as I didn’t need the item as it arrived too late, but their policy only allows a return 30 days from order date, even though they take more than 2 weeks to deliver! Absolute joke and would never order again.

Dreadful returns process.
This company distributes its wares from China and may well( looking at the quality of the dresses I bought) manufacture them there too. While the e-mails have all been very courteous and respectful I have a high index of suspicion that all is not as it is presented on their website. Their returns policy involves sending goods to china at considerable expense in order to have a full refund. This was only achieved after several e-mails. I feel this is a deliberate obstacle to the return process and would caution anyone to be very careful before buying anything that they may be considering could be returned if it doesn't suit .
