I purchased a new product and was honestly nervous due to a complicated chronic illness that could potentially react to the product. Unfortunately that did happen but the Nourished Natural Health team provided incredible customer service and their naturopathic doctor also provided information that could potentially help me with my health without the supplement I reacted to. Which gave me hope that I could still make improvements in my health. Overall, my experience made me trust their products and their customer care more than expected.

Like many others, my wife ordered a product and ended up on a subscription that she didn't realize she was being signed up for. After receiving more product than could be used, my wife called explaining that she didn't request the additional products and was given an RMA number to return it. She dropped it off at FedEx, we received the tracking number and confirmed that the return was received and signed for (we have the name of the person who signed for it). After 2 or 3 weeks, my wife called the company and requested information about her credit, and the person she spoke with was very unhelpful and refused to provide information to confirm the receipt of the return, despite the fact that we had the tracking number and the name of the person who signed for it when received back by NNH. This company is not legit. Despite the positive references, there are many others who have lost $$$ due to unfair trade practices. I am considering a class action lawsuit at this time, based on the number of those impacted like my wife. NNH personnel, do not bother responding to this message unless your intent is to undo the wrong that you've already caused by crediting our account for the product returned that your office signed for. If you're truly sorry, if there is a degree of integrity at NNH, simply make this right and stop taking people's money without their consent.

I ordered this almost two weeks ago. I have yet to receive it. I emailed twice, the first time reassuring me that “things happen” and that it’s beyond their control once it’s shipped, but email them again if I still haven’t heard anything.
I emailed again and got the exact same canned response from AI that I got the first time. I REALLY wanted to try and believe in this product. The shipping tracking goes nowhere, they don’t even tell you what company it ships through. It said 1-3 days and it’s been more than 10 at this point with no information. How businesses can prey on desperate people is sad and beyond me. I am so discouraged at this point. The dishonesty is truly upsetting.

I have loved using the Nourished Natural products! The products have truly helped my health and PCOS symptoms. I recently found out I am pregnant and needed help cancelling my subscription for the time being. Customer service was fast and responsive! So helpful and understanding. They even helped get a refund when I thought I had cancelled before. I appreciate their help and their products! I recommend their products to friends and am so thankful for the results. I’ll be back after my new adventure:)

Leila in customer service was a great help. I had issues getting my subscription cancelled before I would be getting more product as my Dr had changed my medications just in the last two weeks and I wouldn’t be needing it. Everyone was great and very accommodating. I’m glad I reached out for help.

In April 2025, I contacted Nourished Natural Health to cancel or modify my annual prepaid subscription. By that point I had accumulated far more product than I could use, and after taking the Androgen Blocker Plus for several months I had not seen any noticeable results.
According to the website, prepaid subscribers can change the product in their subscription. However, when I tried to do this through my account, the site repeatedly gave me an error. Because of this, I reached out to customer service for help.
The first response I received was very reassuring. I was told they would look into switching the product and follow up. Shortly after, they confirmed they could “definitely swap the products” in my subscription and asked which product I would like instead.
After I selected a new product, the response suddenly changed. I was told the system would not allow the change and that I would continue receiving the Androgen Blocker Plus through January 16, 2026. When I expressed confusion about the conflicting information, I was then told that because my plan was prepaid, product changes were not allowed after all.
The only workaround offered was to return unopened bottles for store credit. By that time I had accumulated 12 bottles, which corresponded to the full subscription timeline, so I returned them following their instructions.
Once the return was received, I was informed that 6 of the 12 bottles were considered expired and therefore not eligible for store credit, leaving me with credit for only half of the products.
What made this even more frustrating is that the expiration date on the bottles is located beneath a QR code sticker on the bottom. When you remove the sticker to check the expiration date, the printed date comes off with it and becomes distorted. This makes it difficult to verify the expiration date without damaging the label, which then appears to be used as a reason to deny credit.
In the end, despite contacting the company months earlier, following their instructions, and returning the products as directed, I received only partial credit for a prepaid subscription I had attempted to modify long before the products accumulated.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering a prepaid subscription to read the policies very carefully before committing.
