The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The car was ready when they said it would be. Even rang to check the drive home was ok.

I honestly can't find a single fault with this place. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they are honest and transparent, answering questions and going that extra mile. They even offered to pick me up from the station when I came up for my car, my parents ended up driving me in the end but the gesture was much appreciated. They even put my car through an Mot so it had a full 12months with a service. Just a wonderful experience and they made it very easy. Thankyou to all those at Norwood Car sales 🥰

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE! I purchased a car from this company in August… 6 weeks later the car broke down and turns out the engine has sized. I called them and told them and toke the car to have it looked over. I then received an email from a email advisor saying because I have DRIVEN the car they are not will to fix it it had a pre-existing fault from when the car was purchased. I have then had to log a complaint though my finance company and their report shows a pre-existing fault. It’s now December and I still haven’t got my car back because I am now waiting on this “dealership”. GO ANYWHERE ELSE NOT WORTH IT

On 12th of May I have bought a Renault Scenic mk3 (2014) - half leather. In the photos i have spotted 2 items missing (the leather headrest and volume knob) and the seller said that he will provide them (telling me later on that he forgot that he had the headrest in his office and he bought the used volume knob from breakers - nobody selles just that piece).
And i asked if something else is missing and if it's 100% working. He assured me that nothing is missing and everything is working on plus that he said he will take the car to clean it. Then i paid. The car arrived on 17th (at noon). I have spotted the different material of the headrest and the driver said : this is how they are making the car now. (i have spotted where they took the volume knob and headrest from - they are selling another scenic having those parts missing and the headrest that i have, matches the upholstery of that car). So when the car arrived i have seen that the other things are missing :lumbar support handle, sunblind(rear left side), rear right airvent knob, engine cover, engine shield, spare tyre, along with the tools (jack, wrench, etc.) plus that was so messy (old child dirt sock, melted candys, crackers,) so Cleaning!. Anyways! He said that " if not happy i can return the car!" then he said : "as a gesture of good willing we will refund you 100£" I accepted (i should have send the car back) and left the first review (positive).
Recently i have realised that the demister is not working. And contacted the seller again and he said to "ask for a quote and we will take it from there" i asked 1 garage (Renault recommended) and it was quoted "around 500£" and when i told the seller he said that he will pay for a used tailgate nothing more. And i went to another garage(local independent) which got a lower quote (400£) still didn't agree to pay. And asked on facebook for a good and cheap mechanic (from my country) and he said that he will come when is off to fix it and it will cost me £175. And the seller said that he will pay after the job is done and i have to take pictures of him. The guy refused (obviously is illegal to film or photo a person without his consent) and got no repair!
Stay away from them or you will end up with a car which looks like the kids had played with it!!!

Forgot to mention, that the rear washer spray doesn't work, all 4 tyres are from 2013 and the rear signal/light bulbs are peeled or half peeled.
Stay safe and away from them!
