I am very pleased with my contact with the service. I spoke to Ryan who was incredibly understanding and very helpful in navigating how best to consolidate a number of debts I have. Nothing was too much trouble and no questions were judged. I did ask some unusual questions however having got myself into a very precarious situation like a number of people with the cost of living it was really helpful to have a human voice who validated and provided me with excellent support during the application process.
