His communication has been first-class throughout. He’s always been available when I’ve needed him, incredibly prompt with updates and responses, and has taken the time to explain everything clearly and keep me reassured at every stage. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.

What could have been a stressful and complicated process was made so much easier because of Tom. His efficiency, attention to detail and proactive approach meant I always knew exactly where things stood and felt that everything was being properly taken care of.

We have now used Norton Finance two or three times, and every single experience has been brilliant. On all three occasions, we have dealt with Liam Woods, and honestly, the guy is a legend!

Liam is incredibly helpful, honest, polite and professional. He gives you the right advice, keeps you updated throughout the whole process and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everything is explained clearly and handled properly.

This re-mortgage could have gotten messy and into a dispute due to a broker admin error on the remortgage figures. From the word go, Norton Finance customer service was exceptional. I had contacted other companies in relation to refinancing on my property. One company even dropped the phone on me a couple of times. However, Norton Finance, from beginning to the end had a professional manner, kept me up to date with everything and went out of their way to ensure my load application journey was smooth and done on time. I have to say that Norton Finance are the best at what they do. My Broker Reece was amazing from beginning to the end, his colleague Nina who took over when he went on leave was also exceptional. I highly recommend them. There service is second to none.
