Good customer service

We dealt with Wayne Mathias who was exceptional. He went above and beyond to sort a few problems with my first car, and was just the same with our second car. I would highly recommend him to deal with and regard him as a friend rather than a salesman.

Joined to collect my husband car at preston office. Staff called Wayne was brilliant and great. Scoring him 10 out 10

I am very happy with my experience with north west trade centre. Honourable mention is Haider. The young lad gave excellent customer service. He really does know what he is talking about. Smooth process overall.

Great service . Nathan came in on his day off to meet us and make sure everything was in place .

Took us a couple of visits to get what we needed, can’t fault Jay at all, super helpful with everything, would definitely recommend

I am giving you 5* for every part of this review: 5 * for all the wrong reasons.
***** For total lack of communication.
***** For breaking promises - not repairing the issues I had raised.
***** For lying.
***** For not refunding my deposit - my bank are now dealing with this.
***** For being the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with.

Buyer beware - if you decide to take a risk with this bunch of cowboys, you have been warned!

Great customer service. Ian was very helpful and very pleasant, told us everything we needed to know and asked if we needed to know anything else. Great place to get your next vehicle from. Highly recommended.
