Throughout 2025, North to South made sure they were there to guide us through both selling our first home, and buying our new home. Having already worked with Lauren before, she had a good understanding with our financial needs and was able to jump straight into finding us the best mortgage (and insurance) quotes. In working directly with the solicitors and estate agents, the team were able to help push us closer to completion at every stage, and will continue to keep on top of our account when it comes to mortgage and insurance renewals and finding the best options for us to chose from.

I used NTS two years ago for getting an initial mortgage when buying a house on my own, I didn’t think I’d be able to get one but Yas and the team were incredible at sorting it, getting me the best rate and seeing it through to completion. Yas even managed to source me life insurance with many health conditions which is no mean feat!!
