Fantastic outfit, good design.

Ordered remembrance day t-shirts for my husband. Received them quite fast. Size was true, material very nice & design was exactly like shown. Beautiful t-shirts. Would definitely order from the site again

Absolutely loved the product. The colours are vibrant and materials are excellent. The updates through email were amazing. I knew exactly what was happening with my order. I have received numerous compliments on the first day of wearing it. Highly would recommend and would not hesitate on buying more product.

I ordered a Remembrance Day shirt, which I actually thought I was ordering through the Royal Canadian Legion. I still do not know how I connected with your website.
That aside, I love the designs you carry!
The shirt is of very good quality, both in material and printing. The shirt would have been nice in 100% cotton, but at least it won't shrink being synthetic material. Downside of synthetic, you sweat more as it doesn't breathe as well as cotton.
Sizing is a bit off though, as I ordered an XL and it is not a generous fit. I would have ordered a 2XL had I known the sizing is a bit small and would suggest people order 1 size up from what you'd normally order.

The only "negative" comment is that the processing time seemed to take a while. It took approximately 10 days to clear the country of origin (Iceland). I would say delivery time is slightly quicker than ordering through TEMU. Once it cleared Iceland and got to Canada, the delivery process was quite fast and efficient.

Good quality garment. Eye catching graphics. It would be nice to have washing instructions included with the product. Nice to receive the T-shirt before Remembrance Day

When I ordered a sweater form this site, I assumed that that because of the hundreds of Canadian flags on display all over their website, that their products were made in Canada however the sweater that I ordered is being shipped from Cordoba Spain. When I asked NorthStitch where their products are made, I did not get a clear answer so it looks like this is another example of a company trying to cash in on the pro-Canadian movement by pretending to be selling Canadian made products.

Very bad web interface.
Difficult paying for the items.
It took a month to get the items.
Not at all as they look on line - very poor fit.
Will NEVER buy anything from them again!

Quality of fabric is mediocre.
Quality of stitching was already pulling apart when taken out of the package on one item.
Email to Norstitch with pictures and complaint unresolved / no response.
Hard to find an actual email address to send complaint, just reply and hope.
