They were excellent, the weather was awful in Tromsø, raining and cloudy but they drove us out of the city and their experience and info suggested potential sightings. Nothing promised but they made a real effort to find the lights and they did! Louai and photographer Chris were great, super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to chat with. We had a great night and we even got stopped at our AirBnB at the end! They do 15 max in the group which is nice.

We booked two tours with this company: the Northern Lights tour and the fjord tour. Both times, we traveled with a small group to beautiful locations. The guides are knowledgeable about the area and the Northern Lights.
Of course, you have to be lucky to see the Northern Lights, but they made every effort to make it happen. And thankfully, we saw them, and it was magnificent. At a beautiful, dark viewing spot, we enjoyed a fantastic light show for three hours. Delicious soup and bread were included by a campfire. Warm clothing was also provided. The guide took many beautiful photos with good equipment.
During the fjord tour, we stopped at many beautiful locations. The guide took photos each time. They also provided a lot of information and answered all our questions effectively. We had lunch at a lovely restaurant in a beautiful location, with various delicious soups, bread, and dessert.
This company goes above and beyond to please its guests.

I strongly advise against booking with this agency. I paid over €200 per person, and the service we received was nowhere near what was promised or expected for that price.

We were very concerned about the weather, as all forecasts showed 100% cloud cover. We even emailed the company before the start, but they insisted on going ahead. It felt like they just wanted to collect the money regardless of the conditions. Unsurprisingly, we saw nothing.

What made the experience even worse was the poor quality of the service:

No professional guide: We didn't have a guide to explain anything. We only had a driver who could barely speak English, making communication almost impossible.

Shortened trip: They brought us back 90 minutes earlier than scheduled. While other agencies were out there trying their best until 2:00 AM, this one gave up early.

To top it off, their customer service is non-existent. When we tried to reach out to find a solution, they sent a generic template and then ignored our following emails. We did a second tour with a different company, and the difference in quality and honesty was night and day.

Save your money and find a more professional agency that actually respects its customers.

My family and I had a really bad experience with this agency. While it is true that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon they cannot guarantee, the way they treated us as customers was extremely disappointing. We did a second tour with another company later on, and the quality of service was completely different—way better and even cheaper.

Even though the day was completely cloudy, they decided not to cancel the tour after our inquiry via email a couple of hours before the start. Of course, no Northern Lights were seen. While some companies offer a 10/20% discount for a second attempt, they didn't even offer us that after we got in touch. They answered our email with a generic template and then completely ignored our follow-up.

As if that weren't enough, the service itself was very poor:
1° No guide, only a driver: Unlike other companies where a professional guide explains the science behind the Auroras and the plan for the night, we only had a driver who had great difficulty communicating in English. We felt completely uninformed throughout the night.
2° Poor catering: They only provided half a glass of juice and a small piece of cake. Other companies in Tromsø provide a variety of options, hot meals, and the possibility of seconds.
3° Early return: They returned from the tour 1 hour and a half earlier than what is stated in the description. Meanwhile, other companies try their best and keep searching until almost 2:00 AM.

For over €200 (the price we paid for person), this service is a complete rip-off. Save your money and book with someone who actually cares about their guests.

It was very cloudy but the driver found a gap in the clouds and the lights were amazing. He took photos of us, made a bone fire, and admire the Northern lights, it was perfect thank you !

We bought our tickets for the tour at the Christmas Market in Tromso city center and the young woman gave us a discount on the small bus tour that night.
Our guide and photographer were friendly and helpful.
The snow suits were warm and clean. The camp fire and soup and cookies were very good. We waited a long time but did eventually see the aurora, so overall a very good experience and the primary reason we came to Tromso. It was worth doing.

It was a small group with an experienced guide who explained a lot to us. He took great pictures and made the trip really entertaining.

we bought the ticket from the christmas market in Tromsø. we told the saler there, that it was a bad day because of the weather, but he guaranteed us not light, we a good experienced guide, local, that understand the clouds.

We went out, the guide Louai, he could almost talk with the cloud, so experienced, and well known about the science behind the aurora, nice soup, drinks everything, i mean you get VIP tour her, and i cant tell about the light we got and the picture was amazing.

i can only recommend that company.
