Quality product and knowledgable sales service

Having shopped around and exploring options, Kash (sales expert) and the Northern Gas team offered the most competitive and quality product in the midlands area. Kash gives expert, no nonsense advise and his honesty and integriy shines above his competitors. He takes accountabilty and alway returns a call (no matter the time or day), keeping the relationship long after the sale has been made (I believe that is a rare sales trait).
Having used my 6kwh PV panels and 10kwh batteries for 3months, they work incredibly well (full south facing roof) and the app is very good.
4 instead of 5 stars given because of minor installation date changes but nothing major. So far, the team have resolved all queries.

5 stars 🌟

To start with the price beat a large company and an independent. On top of that Kash was amazing, he talked us through everything and was there from start to finish.
Carl and Mel the installers were very professional and the workmanship was top quality. They didn't bother us, got on with the job making it effortless for us. Will recommend to everyone 1 know.

Having had a successful installation I…

Having had a successful installation I decided to have an extension battery fitted, ordered 12 weeks ago and after very little interaction and updates I’m still being fobbed off.
Very disappointing and wish I had read the reviews on here before jumping back in.
I will have to ride this out as the deposit has been paid but I will be taking legal advice at what is deemed a reasonable time frame

APPALLING SERVICE

I have been without central heating or hot water for over a month now. I have a ten year warranty but because of the dispute with valliant, nothing is happening. I have called NGH almost everyday and get fobbed off with the same story that a new boss has taken over valliant. NGH you are in breach of contract. Valliant is a multi million company surely they cannot just renege on agreements. Mr Ali who is a manager promised to call me back and I am still waiting 2 weeks later. He is always in meetings. The least you can do is call your customer back. I have sent several complaints to the complaint department and no one has acknowledged that they have received any letter. This situation with valliant needs to be sorted out as soon as possible. Customer service is appalling.

Great job!

I have a Vailant Boiler from this company. They are in a war with Valliant over warranty but have been nothing but courteous and helpful with my issue. My service is done every year on time as promised. I can understand peoples issue and the problems these going wrong can cause but it is not their fault! My boiler is now up and running and would like to thank Sunita and Shafiq for their great communication throughout and great job!

Had a boiler a year my radiator don't work the man what put boiler in not there anymore no paperwork after care team are crap they got no idear l wish l would have got else were l did phone up the woman told me l had to get somebody out myself that discussing they should have seen to properly in the first place what a joke l am sat in my front room with my radiator not working and have a grandson which lives with me they take you money after care is just dreadful

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. We have in writing from Northern Gas a 7 year warranty on a Vaillant boiler but Vaillant claim it’s only a 2 year warranty. Do not use either company they are both appalling.

Just had 10Kw battery system fitted ahead of time, 100% happy with the service the surveyor johnathon who also fitted the system.
All areas fully cleaned and all rubbish taken away.

We have had our solar panels for 9 years now. Given recent events and impact on energy prices it seemed like a good idea to think about adding a storage battery to our system.
Northern Gas Heating were able to assess our circumstances and give a reasonable quote, and promise, to supply and fit a 5kw battery within a fortnight.
Installation was done, with no issues on 20.9.22.
There is a bureaucratic hurdle to negotiate with our FiT supplier (to ensure compliance with regulations) and Northern Gas are helping with this.

Appalling service. very Unprofessional attitude and rude agents.

I want to share my real experience after purchasing Boiler from Northern Gas heating in May 2017 with 10 years guarantee if i keep my boiler service every year as per the deal decided at the point of sale.

Recently my Vaillant boiler has recurrent F75 error and i called for service and then found that N.G.H has not registered the guarantee with the vaillant and mis-sold me at the point of sale. When i call the company so many time, they start saying Bad about Vaillant and saying that Vaillant is not accepting the guarantee as they have changed there system last year and now they are not listening.

Every time you call N.G.H, they advise you to email the directors and claiming that vaillant is not correct and they will resolve in your favor and said so many bad thing about the Vaillant company to damage there reputation. When i challenged that then the agent being very rude, disgraceful, ignorant and what not to me like i am servant to the company and treated me very badly. upon asking the proof that they have registered with Vaillant they never sent me any proof to send it to vaillant. Customer service agents are not helpful at all specially the agent whom I spoke today is very very rude and disgraceful and whatever i ask he dont listen and reply for something else and saying bad about the vaillant. He not even understand that i bought boiler from N.G.H not from Vaillant.

Northern Gas Heating provide very appalling service. i always speak to new agent and when i ask about the same they always have excuse emailed the agent but no reply. really unprofessional company and not doing ethical business even doing business in British. Agent not even have manner to talk and not use Please and thankyou.

I am wasting time to write this just to warn the real buyers not to buy any service from Northern Gas Heating as its not a reliable company. i am not going to recommend anyone this company and also Vaillant who is selling sub standard bolier which has problem so many times and water pump has already been replaced. I will not let Norther Gas Heating to brush the mess under carpet and fight with them as well as Vaillant to find out who is actually lying as there is something wrong somewhere. Please trust me this company is not good to do business with and if you want to know more about the way they did business and treated me after sales then i am happy to provide my personal worse experience ever which has not lost my trust on Northern Gas heating but also on Vaillant products. thanks

The reply that company has given is totally wrong as I have never abuse the customer agent I spoke to and even the way he treated me is so disturbing. I give my consent to put the recording of the call live so that public hear it as I have not abused a single time. The agent sent me an email with a number of Vaillant director which even isn’t correct and can’t able to speak as the agent said that they have spoke to the director of Vaillant which is agreed to speak to me in relation to what ? Really not professional.

We do understand that you are extremely angry but we do not accept the abuse you have been giving our customer service team over the past few years. To make sure this misunderstanding with Vaillant does not happen again we no longer wish to work with the manufacturer in the future and have gone ahead with legal proceedings to make sure no more customers are affected.

Excellence in action

From the initial call with Kash to the boiler fitting everything was seamless, professional and handled with absolute finite attention, accuracy, care and speed. Big thank you to Mel and Karl who completed the install of our new boiler in the loft in what turned out to be the hottest day of the year -31 degrees. The experience was absolutely refreshing and installation delivered to meet our needs with such ease that it was a delight to deal with them. Northern Gas has a great team of people and their passion and belief for their product and service is truly impressive and enviable. Well done guys your service delivery is best in class

Really good experience with this…

Really good experience with this company, after having several other quotes (some from companies with extremely pushy and not very nice sales reps) had Kash come and give me a quote that was competitive. Kash himself throughly explained everything and helped me decide on a boiler that met my needs and budget. The guy that came out to fit the boiler was also very nice and polite and completed the job in 2 days as was agreed.. he left my house tidy and explained all the workings of the boiler and thermostat…. Overall very good experience with northern gas and would recommend to anyone. Kash even called a week or so later to check everything went ok.

Great experience with this company. From speaking with Kash who explained everything in layman’s terms and advised which boiler would best suit our needs - and then named a price which I don’t believe could be beaten and was much less than I expected - to Bob and his colleagues who worked tirelessly and efficiently and did the job in about four hours. They took great care in the house putting dust sheets everywhere and left the house - and garden - pristine. The boiler is great and everything Kash promised. Customer service from Sunita also excellent. I unreservedly recommend Northern Gas Heating.

Excellent customer service …

Exceedingly happy with the customer service I received from northern gas. The process was awfully long but that was not their fault. Usman in particular was very attentive with keeping me updated with the process and speeding things along Unlike Eon. His customer service cannot be faulted ! Thank you so much Usman! You kept my stress levels down lol and also

New boiler

Just had a new boiler fitted took 1 more day than expected but omg just had a shower and the pressure was out of this world a big thank you to the Fitter matt and his team who was great from start to end.Kash and his team for sorting out everything else out and giving us a great price we'd recommend this company to anyone and everyone we can tell 👍

No doubt about it, awesome installation service from Bob and the team today - very professional and thorough beyond expectations.
We (family of 5) were struggling without a boiler for 10 weeks... our last one failed damaging the kitchen, insurance didn't cover it.. catastrophe. Ongoing.
But got a solution in the end through Eon ECO3 Scheme (just in time). Northern Gas Heating were instructed through Eon Operational Support's -Kiran Rai and Eon Planning Team's Usman Ahmad. We were told two days, Usman heard of our plight and voila! Done today! Installation, Flushing Service... everything tested and checked.... sitting here sweating with a massive smile :) - can't wait to have a 4 hour shower in the morning... all of you guys, including the Eco Scheme handlers at Eon... we salute you! :D The Elson Family.
