Kratos would be proud!

It's a handsome heavy headsplitter. It arrived very fast only eight days and in great condition. Everything was exactly as shown but better in person
All the ingraveings in the handle and axe head are flawless with excellent paint. The leather wrap is tight and well secured with quality leather. It's kind of heavy but weighs out at 9.4 lbs as advertised. The stain on the very end of the handle is kind of thin so it appears lighter than the rest of the handle but still looks good. Unlike the double headed axe I got from them this axe is blunt which I'm ok with because I can sharpen it myself. I don't think I'm going to chop anything with it however because I don't want to mess up the paint but with its weight and high quality steel I'm sure it would chop beautiful. Its a beautiful and imposing work of art that I'm proud to have added to my collection. Great craftsmanship thank you and God bless the Ukraine.

Items never arrived no response from norse spirit

I ordered from them, my order got lost. DHL said I needed to contact the seller to start an investigation, however the chat function on their site goes unanswered and they have no contact phone number so I am unable to ask them to submit a claim to DHL and DHL will not initiate the process unless I contact the seller (norsespirit) who is unresponsive.

Our team responded to you within a few hours and explained that the Chat facility was not manned 24x7.
They also explained that your order had only been dispatched a couple of days prior to your message and so was very much still 'in transit' and that it was too soon to class it as lost. They advised that they were seeing nothing unusual in the tracking info and that the package seemed to be making progress - although we admit that the message in tracking regarding an update in 1-3 days did cause confusion and add to your frustration.
You were assured that everything seemed ok and that we expected the package to be delivered within a few days, as indeed it was. I also believe it was delivered before you went away on your trip.
Based on all of this, we hope you may now reconsider your response and rating of our service. Thank you.

I was sent the complete wrong ring

I was sent the complete wrong ring, not even remotely close. The customer service was quick to help and assure me that there was a mix up and the ring I actually ordered was on the way. However, I still have not received it or tracking for the ring.

Awful experience

Awful experience.
I ordered an ax for my brothers birthday. After over a week and not getting a shipped notification, I emailed asking what was going on. They proceeded to tell me the ax that was in stock online, was in fact not in stock.
They sent me other options, however when I received it, i realize it was too small. Way smaller than the original ax I had wanted. I told them I had not unboxed it and simply asked to return it.
Btw this is over a month after my original purchase.
I wouldn’t been a return customer but now I Will not return or refer this business

Yes dimensions were sent to me.. but I don’t understand how a return wasn’t accommodated. Under the return policy on the websites, it says “ In the event that you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you may return items to us within 30 days of receipt.”

I guess under my specific item it says it’s not returnable. But when your overall return policy on your website says you can return, I would think you would honor that. At least change that for future customers.

Hi Jessica, we are sorry your experience was not what you hoped it would be.

Our axes are hand forged and very occasionally go through a redesign process to improve them. We reached out to you the day you placed the order to explain that the axe you had chosen was being revised. You replied about a week later from a different email address but confirmed you were happy to wait to see the re-design.

Once the new design was ready, we sent photos and full dimensions and asked if you still wanted to proceed. You confirmed that you were happy to do so, so we went ahead and placed the order which was delivered some days later.

As stated on all our axe products, these are handmade and therefore non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing fault.

We are sorry you don't feel you have had a good experience with our store but I'm not sure what else we could have done.

It goes well with another tungsten ring that I own.
A very sturdy and durable piece that can be worn everyday. It is also scratch resistant for those who work with their hands and the Celtic knot design is a nice touch for those who want to celebrate their Celtic heritage.

Great Customer Service

To be honest, I purchased a beautiful necklace and pendant, however, they were too small for me. I returned it and have had nothing but a positive experience so far. I am looking forward to purchasing other jewelry from Norsespirit in the future. Thank you!
