We did not sell through normie but purchased a property up with normie. They where very helpful throughout the purchase and communicated well between the seller and ourselves and did everything they could.

Normie has provided me with turnkey service on this property, taking care of the tenant, maintenance and repairs, any and all paperwork, and have done a great job at handling a client who was in difficulty, to everyone's satisfaction.

I have found them to be unwaveringly kind, thoughtful and competent, and great at keeping in touch, which is almost entirely by via email these days. I can't say that I love being a landlord, but Normie makes it painless.

We went to Normie & Co because they had dealt with a previous sale and purchase for us in the past.
Nigel, who had been our contact previously, worked with us once again with the valuation and the sale. He is absolutely brilliant at his job and is so professional but very friendly at the same time. Our house sold on the first day of arranged viewings which was mainly due to his advice on how to make our house attractive, but real, to buyers.
We are currently buying another property which was advertised with a different estate agent, and the difference in quality of service is already apparent.
