Been buying from Norman for a few years now. They have never been anything less than awesome to deal with. LPs are sent out quickly if in stock, and are always very well packaged.

Love them to bits! They have been one of my favourite and cheapest records stores online! Very well stocked. Every item I have pre ordered always arrived on the day of premiere! What more would I need? Truly recommend this store!

After having the misfortune to be let down by another company(Sandbag UK), waited over 4 weeks but still nothing received. I found the same item on Norman Records and the order was promptly processed, dispatched and well packaged and took just over a week from order to delivery which considering the recent postal strikes is a great result. I would definitely consider ordering from Norman Records again👍

I had a sudden realisation that I needed to leave a really positive review for Norman Records after I had a second terrible experience in a row with a different record shop. Norman are not like that, and it's worth shouting about.

I've ordered from Norman so many times and never had an issue. They have fair prices, quick shipping, good packaging. Their customer service is great and always happy to help. I also like that they have a little in-house summary of each album on their (easy to use) website.

The only thing I could suggest for them to improve would be to add tracklistings against each release, but it's a really minor website niggle and I wouldn't score them down for it. Norman are bloody great!

I've been shopping with Norman Records for over a year now and they are an absolute pleasure to buy from. Speedy delivery, top notch packaging, and generous reward and price matching schemes. If it's in stock, this is the place I buy from.

Wow! Just wow. Ive been collecting and ordering vinyl from various online retailers, big and small, for about 2 years now at a ridiculously high rate (perhaps 2 vinyl per week on average, possibly more). Constant problems with deliveries from other retailers, over and over again, always damaged to some extent. And then I discovered Norman records just a few months ago and they have literally been my saviour for vinyl collecting.

I Still have many pre orders with the bigger retailers, and when the vinyl arrives damaged I go straight to Norman to make an order for the same vinyl and it arrives the next day! Absolutely pristine! It’s an absolute miracle.

Royal Mail 24 is their standard shipping! Which is unheard of these days. They really do care as much as me about pristine premium vinyl.

I will now be going to Norman records FIRST! Every time! To see if I can place my pre order with them.

Can’t recommend Norman enough.

I’ve been buying from them for a few years and they are the best - always excellent prices, records packaged and delivered flawlessly, always quick to respond to any queries.

Post Brexit (I live in the EU) they have made the process as painless as possible - sorting out vat and other duty issues and not adding any additional charges even though it undoubtedly costs them more in time and money (I know this to be the case from having to send packages myself on occasions).

I’d recommend their weekly email summaries as well, they are excellent - a cut above the usual spam!
