Recently purchased LP on pre order and delay due to distributer. Norman Records have been superb keeping me up to date and always responding promptly following enquiries with honest and realistic feedback. Product now arrived well packaged and cared for. Hadn’t used them before but really pleased with customer care, also like website and requested marketing. Thanks James and Norman Records.

The record company wasn't able to fulfill the order I placed and paid through Norman Records (no fault of Norman Records) but a reissue was going to be available at a later date.
Sent an email to them cancel this order and literally within 30 seconds the order was fully refunded. Faultless service. Would happily deal with them again

I've been using Norman's for a few years now and have probably seen way too much money with them.

The range vinyl on offer is mad and the prices are alway really good. On top of that when I have had to contact customer service they have always replied really quickly, thanks James, and effectively unlike so many other online services and business.

I've used Norman Records for online purchases for years... they've always been great stockists, fast immaculate delivery and fair prices... I recently bought an item and the preorder bonus was delivered to stores late by the manufacturer. Norman Records weren't at fault for this, but sent it over to me as soon as it landed with them at no extra charge. Thanks guys!! :)

Thank you Norman Records for generosity- I found an unused gift voucher while tidying my room but it had expired ( two months out of date). I emailed Norman Records yesterday explaining my situation and they sent me a new code today which I have just used. Thanks again, Chris

Excellent service. Ordered two records which arrived well packaged and in great condition. The team got in touch to let me know one of the records, which they’d had to order in had a couple of small dinks to check I was still happy. Damage really was very minor so I was very happy with what I received and appreciated the honesty. Excellent customer service.

Normans have supplied me with about a thousand proper albums .not CDs. Over the last 2 years....they make very few mistakes and if they happen..rarely .they sort it fast and efficient...the best way to buy records in the country ...lots of exclusives.knowledgable and obliging staff ..If like me you buy a lot of records ..they offer a STASHER ACCOUNT..Which allows you to build an order and pay when it's compiled .in a few weeks or more .more than Junos pay in a month....if your buying a lot of records that is .....Great Great shop....do it ..today
