From the initial introduction from Matt to the quote meeting with Basil, you could find no problems, totally professional .
Would recommend.

Spoke with Basil today. Very well informed and knowledgeable. Pleasant to talk with. Not pushy (which makes a nice change!). Very agreeable and easy to do business with.

A rep, Guss, called from the company. He was very polite and asked if we were interested in replacing doors or windows. We were looking at replacement front door in composite. Following a telephone call an appointment was arranged. Basil came to visit and talk to us giving a quote. He was also very friendly and helpful. The company’s customer service is first class. Our door is now ordered and we are looking forward to it being fitted.

Matt knocked at my door advertising door /window replacements and conservatory extensions. He introduced me to Basil Buckley who explained the whole process involved and I was convinced by his talk. I have decided to go for both processes. Basil did a good job in short space of time and l can't wait to see the project to the end. Thanks to Norfolk Glazing Solutions.

I had the great experience of being introduced to the services of Norfolk Glazing Solutions by an extremely knowledgable young man called Francisco who called at my door and gave me confidence in booking the first visit from this company regarding the replacement of my garden French doors. Basil visited me on 9th March and very comprehensively discussed the background to the company and their excellent products. I thereby felt truly happy to proceed with the order to have my rear windows replaced and excited to have these fitted. I really recommend this company. Thank you

Clicked on a link for more info, within 30 seconds someone phoned to ask what we were after and made an appointment. Basil shows up on time, asked what we were looking to do and advised us what would work best. He also checked all the windows during measurements and showed us what was failing and what to look out for/do if we decided not to take on the project yet. And then he went the extra mile and ran through a few different options of quotes and deposits to make sure we felt it was achievable without becoming uncomfortable and we were asked throughout the appointment that we knew what we were purchasing and why. We didn’t feel pressured once and the range of products and knowledge Basil delivered was more than enough. We could tell this was a family-run, local, supporting business and we’re excited to see the difference this project will make.

Josh called in the morning and asked about windows replacement, something that we hadn’t really thought about doing. He was quite personable and explained how the system works and that he would arrange for someone to contact us to discuss any requirements that we might want to. Basil arrived later and gave us very detailed information on the replacement windows and the process of installing them and time process. He was also very personable and very helpful and friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product and talked us through the whole process and costs involved. All in all a pleasant experience. I would recommend the company to anyone who asks about it.

Just had a quote by Ben Clayton from NGS for all my windows and doors. Great price, Ben has been really helpful, answered all my questions & nothing was to much trouble, as long as the installation is as good as the experience I received from Ben then I will be more than happy to recommend this company. I will place another review on completion of the work.

We had new cladding fitted to the front of our house to colour match new front door.
Talulah the sakes lady was pleasant and friendly.
Cladding fitted over 3 days, was supposed to be 2 but 1st day they needed to complete previous days job.
Well installed and friendly.
Generally the fitters and sales staff have always been excellent, some admin items and office members not always the best but eventually things get done.

This is the second project I have had by this company.
I would continue using and would recommend.

Genuinely disappointed with this company.
Great salesman. Great contracted fitters. Great products.
But dealing with the company itself was awful.
Very poor communication. Rude customer services. We were lied to throughout. And the company was not registered to sign off the works, via Certass, until this month (7 months after our first install).

We cannot recommend this company.

Really good communications and excellent installation team - we had Matt doing our facias and gutters and he did a very quality job - checking-in all the time, tidying up, polite and engaging. You know its going well when the local builder has a look and says his doing it allright ! The salesman was also decent and knowledgeable. Would recommend and had they been a few weeks earlier they would have got our windows as well.

Fitter arrived on time fitted the two new windows and left my property clean and tidy

Two areas of artificial grass were laid. The guys were efficient throughout and the end result is very good.

The company replaced my shabby old conservatory with a fabulous new one with a tiled warm roof. plus the interior plastering.
This has completely transformed our home.
The guys were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. very happy to recommend, and will be using again.
