Doesn’t work
Firstly, 5 stars to customer service but 0 stars to the products. I purchased the bodysculpt and bodycup during Black Friday sales last year and have been using the bodysculpt 4-5 times a week since (3 times for bodycup). My honest feedback? Very disappointed. My loose belly and stretch marks from pregnancies are still so visible. I do work out 5 days a week at my local gym so it’s not like I’m just relying on their gadget. I’m still using it now, 4-5 times a week, hoping to see changes! Where is my smooth skin that you promised? 😢

Faulty goods sent out replacement…
Faulty goods sent out replacement waited another 2 weeks again faulty asked for refund after 20 emails and they want to deduct £20 from it for posting faulty goods twice. Avoid this company absolute scammers

When I had a problem with my machine
When I had a problem with my machine, I contacted you. I met a very pleasant and helpful lady named Erika. She was on duty and just wanted a little confirmation that the machine was broken. Afterwards, she fixed a new one and sent it right away. I am very happy with the service and friendliness she showed. It is fun and not least safe to shop when you know you will be met by such people.

Faulty item sent kept on saying refund 100 days NOT refunded 75% better than nothing for a faulty item .
Does not work as I was sent a faulty item but still made me wait for 100 days for them to tell me I have to pay to send back a faulty item . Company an absolute joke avoid because if you get a faulty item they keep saying use it for 100 days ??? Strange customer service. Refund me now .
Update 25th March 2026 refunded 75% and let me keep the faulty item . After numerous emails at least I got most of my money back . Amazon sell this device for … wait for it ….£16.00 !!!!!

Amazing customer service
I had recieved my order of the toning oil which was already duo. I noticed that one of the bottles had leaked oil through to the box. I contacted customer service and had to provide a video/photos. A special thank you to Kristina, Jhon & Rex for thier excellent customer service and getting the matter resolved super quick. They have sent me a replacement oil which I am grateful for. Great business and team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
